The staff were attentive, good breakfast, very cosy rooms with comfortable beds modern decor. Unfortunately the room next door decided to have an hours nattering from 12am til 1.00am, we had to knock on the wall in the end....not that we wanted to be killjoys!!...I don't think they realised how thin the walls were!! This would not put me off stopping over again though. |

the bed was comfortable and the staff very friendly the room was classed as a small twin but was very small and should have been let as a single.the bed obstructed the bathroom door.the bath room was far too small and if you had an accident in there no one would be able to get in to help you. i fail to see how this room passed health & saftey standards. |

The staff were always very helpful and pleasant, nothing was a chore to them. We were always greeted with a smiling member of staff on a morning and all our needs were met during our stay. The en-suite shower head was leaking and the switch were you operate the shower was cracked so it was very stiff to turn to get the shower to work and there was some damp below the shower door but this could be due to people having showers and not putting the floor mat down to catch any water. |

Very warm welcome & breakfast when I wanted it. Lovely bed linen; crisp & fresh, had a good night's sleep. Bedside lamp too dark for reading; Four Poster bed quite nice but room too small for it. |

I found the Windsor hotel to be very clean- Excellent breakfast- very friendly hosts - loved the location - very handy for trams and buses Room very small - Shower did not work well on each day of our visit.- as we were only there for 3 nights we did not complain but we should have done so- no adequate heating in room so very cold. |

Not much, I'm grateful that the weather was good enough to go out as there wasn't enough in the hotel to do. The tv didn't have the 4 terrestial channels, rarther had some obscure sky channels. I would have preferred itv and channel 4 |

We really enjoyed staying at The Windsor - the staff were very friendly and welcoming - nothing was too much trouble. We will definatley be choosing and recommending this hotel for a fabulous weekend break. :-) |
