The location is excellent being only a couple of minutes from Earls Court Station
The family room was up flights of steep stairs - no lift. Four small beds and a tiny shower/toilet combo that was a horror to use
Owner pleasant enough
Filthy; bed was the worst I ever slept in; shared toilets, room damp, breakfast a joke- corn flakes and toast. Nothing positive I can say. AVOID LIKE EBOLA
out dated decor cleanliness of kitchen utencils kitchen space outdated windows no duvets
location, true quad room with 4+ singles
price for all such budget hotels in London remains too high. The following night at Bristol I paid 60% the price for a far better room. Ring hotel to check per person price in the quad room. We were three, and if we had paid the price on a per person basis rather than booking and paying a room rate it would have been cheaper.
Location, price, access to tube station and stores.
Bathroom size, room security.
very dirty hotel
room, dirty, rude and horrible staff.terrible breakfast and that we were scammed as we didnt get the room we booked and paid for.only redhot water in the shower so couldnt use it.so cramped that you couldnt move around the beds or open a suitcase.whwn we complained the finally promise to change our room for next morning but they didnt .all of a sudden there wasnt another room.we checked out as we refuse to be treated like that and had to return home in the evening and miss out of 2 days and nights in london,we want our money back and we hope that booking .com is not going to use this hotel anymore.worst holiday experience ever.we dont know if we ever dare to book anything with booking.com again
We had a comfortable stay and the staff was nice. It was easy to get on the bus just across the street. It was about 30 minutes from main attractions.
It seemed expensive for what we were getting. We didn't get to try the breakfast because we had to leave early for the airport.
beds old hospital beds
Stuff not so good. Rooms very poor condition and taking lotsbof money.
Broken furniture thick dust behind furniture. Had to do my own turn down service. I was that unhappy I left a day early and was refused refund. Will be lodging a formal complaint though environmental health and the hotel commission
1. Nice and helpful staff. 2. Nice lavish breakfasts. 3. Coffee and tea seerved for free with cookies at the reception desk.
Excellent value for money, very clean and good location
Not applicable as the hotel had everything we wanted
Money and location.
Rooms very small,no tea or coffee in , no hair dryer in the room, bed, cuboard, any furniture was rubbish and uncomferable, no toilet attached,
location was good and the facility of using kitchen when required.
space in the room was second to none. Bath room was very narrow and room without TV and internet facility was like Jail. Keeping the amount they are charging in mind they can easily afford a BT connection with TV. The room was not having any fans and with temp in 20s you at least need some fans.
Near Earl's Court Tube Station which is only under 3 minutes walk. And with Piccadilly Line plying the same station, going to Heathrow Airport is a breeze.
Uncomfortable with old and poorly upkeep furnishing and in-room amenities. No wifi available is a draw back considering many travelers would surely depend alot on online information to explore London, and considering quite many young travelers traveling with a budget would likely choose this property due to its' close accesibility to the tube.
Staff very friendly, situated very close to lots of shops, but fairly quiet for central London.
It was abit dirty
Excellent location to Earls Court and underground station.
Having to check out by 10 am, when website says 11 am.
Mostly everything - baring in mind the price and the location you really can't complain that much. Clean and plenty of plug sockets.
Mattresses on most of the beds were past their best, but still ok.
1 min from Earl´s Court Station, nice staff, clean room, quiet location even if in the centre.
a tiny room and a tiny bathroom but we just slept there - and therefore it was sufficient for us. Good for bagpackers who do not seek for luxury.
location is good .it was cheap. (but the standard is the worst i have ever seen i don't know how they get away with it.) I hope they take my comment on board and get advise on acceptable standards.
the first room we had was a box cupboard with 2 oil fire chucked on shelving in open wardrobe plus a wall radiator none of these worked. The beds were very uncomfortable feeling ever spring the bedding was 2 blankets per bed, so i used all towels we had taken plus took one of my sons blanket plus our coats to get warm. room was dirty you could write your name on the dust on the makeshift wardrobe. The toilet was black and although there was a shower in the small toilet cupboard you had to be very careful to not knock yourself against the toilet, a large person would not be able to use it and after my son experience i decided to by pass the shower completely if you shut the door while showering you felt like you were in a coffin, if you left the door open the shower is so tight to the side of the toilet you flooded the bedroom. The advert says breakfast is included well don't bother the basement where breakfast is placed is what i said a grubby basement. Cereal looked old and cheap and pre boiled cold eggs were all left on side for you to help yourselves . Tea and coffee that was stewed before you got there was already on the table even though they had no idea what time you would come down. We walked out and complained but they offered fresh drinks ect but we were both sick promptly after having toast and cold egg. we did not go for any more breakfast. On leaving breakfast they replaced cold black eggs in fridge question is how many days had theses eggs been there. The room was meant to have tv ect (forget it), no where to put one in box cupboard. On complain about room and asking for the bill, they moved us as we both woke up with bad backache from very uncomfortable old fashion and falling to bits bed they chucked a small portable tv in and placed in on a chair with an extension as there is only one socket in both rooms we were in. The advert said you can use kitchen area at night to make night drink, not true, a tray of stewed cold tea is left in hall way.
location and the bath
old and rubbish bed, no wifi, very old blanket, walls are very old and need painting, , very old curtains, and doesn't cover properly, etc
Could not sleep due to noise everywhere and hanging hoapital like metal bed. There was not even a double bed duvet :(. Reserved a double bed room but got 5single beds in a hall. Had to share toilet with more than 10 PEOPLE.
Good location to sub and etc..
Not good for staying long
