There was nothing worth mention.

There was suppose to be a Kettle in the room and tv. Everything does not look very fresh. The double bed was not actually doubel. It was two singles joined together of poor conditione.

There is only one power socket in the room and which was no where near the tv which had to be moved from the table to the bed before it could be used and there was only one channel. The shower/toilet was so small I banged my head using it and the shower flooded the entire floor area every time it was used and the worst thing about the room was the noise, the walls were so thin I actually heard someone's phone go off at three in the morning and most of the conversation there after.

By the time we booked the room we knew we made a mistake and when we got there the rooms looked nothing like advertised and we couldn't get our money back and we had to carry our own bags.

Friendly staff, good location. Quiet. Basic but good breakfast. A kitchen available to guests - but didn't actually have time to use.

The toilet shower unit could have been a bit bigger. Repaint the walls.

The location of the hotel is great for Earls Court Road area, which is very well serviced by regular buses. It is also only 150 yards from Earls Court Underground. There are several good eating places and good pubs within the immediate area. The purpose of our visit was so that we could attend Classic FM Live at the Royal Albert Hall and the hotels location was a convenient bus journey to and from this venue. The Hotel staff we met were all friendly and helpful.

We had anticipated a full English breakfast rather than the continental style that was provided. Having said that, there was plenty of coffee, tea and toast and jam, to go with the hard boiled egg. Our room was showing signs of being a little tired and there was an odour from the hand basin drain. The toilet facilities, which were dedicated to our room specifically, but located outside our room were used by other guests who could not read the notice on the door that said "For use by Room 5 only". Consequently, we were awoken on our second and third morning by someone using the facility, before 06.00 am. A key needs to be provided to overcome this eventuality.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was great being able to use the kitchen for one evening meal.

I would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in bedroom.

The signal on the tele wasnt very good

It is extremely close to an Underground station and is across the street from a very nice pub.

The breakfast was two slices of slightly toasted white bread, a boiled egg, and tea or coffee--not our idea of a meal. Many guests had to stand in the narrow hall and wait for a chair at a shared table. Our twin beds were actually two narrow cots in a narrow shabby room.

Location near the center, low prices, good breakfast. I would come back anytime.

La situation de l'hotel,près du métro,près du bus pour Gatwick,à proximité d'une reu commerçante mais situé dans une rue très calme.

Mauvaise isolation des lieux.De plus,je n'ai pas apprécié que l'on me demande 6 livres de plus que le prix annoncé ,cela pour payer avec une carte bancaire. Somme que je n'ai d'ailleurs pas réglée après discussion le lendemain. .
