By the time we booked the room we knew we made a mistake and when we got there the rooms looked nothing like advertised and we couldn't get our money back and we had to carry our own bags.

The location of the hotel is great for Earls Court Road area, which is very well serviced by regular buses. It is also only 150 yards from Earls Court Underground. There are several good eating places and good pubs within the immediate area. The purpose of our visit was so that we could attend Classic FM Live at the Royal Albert Hall and the hotels location was a convenient bus journey to and from this venue. The Hotel staff we met were all friendly and helpful. We had anticipated a full English breakfast rather than the continental style that was provided. Having said that, there was plenty of coffee, tea and toast and jam, to go with the hard boiled egg. Our room was showing signs of being a little tired and there was an odour from the hand basin drain. The toilet facilities, which were dedicated to our room specifically, but located outside our room were used by other guests who could not read the notice on the door that said "For use by Room 5 only". Consequently, we were awoken on our second and third morning by someone using the facility, before 06.00 am. A key needs to be provided to overcome this eventuality.

Es müsste unbedingt neu renoviert werden! Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig.Defekte,alte Fenster und Gardienen.Bettdecken gab es keine,nur alte "Hundedecken".Sorry. Ansonsten gefallen: Zentrale Lage, und etwas urig.

Quem procura o Windsor House Hotel é porque o factor preço é preponderante na sua opção de estadia em Londres. Assim, salienta-se a excelente relação qualidade/preço bem como a fantástica localização em termos de centralidade. Metro a 2 minutos do Hotel servido por 2 linhas centrais que nos colocam rapidamente em qualquer ponto de interesse da cidade e com linha directa parta o Aeroporto de Heathrow e bastantes carreiras de autocarros a 3 minutos do Hotel. Para quem pretende estar pouco tempo nos quartos e quer chegar ao final do dia e ter um ponto de abrigo confortável e asseado este é o Hotel ideal. Salienta-se ainda nos aspectos positivos a considerar a higiene e luminosidade dos quartos , a simpatia dos funcionários e acima de tudo a tranquilidade e segurança que se sente durante a estadia. Estive com 3 filhos (10, 8 e 6 anos) no Hotel durante quase uma semana e correu tudo muito bem. Voltaria com certeza a este Hotel Os quartos deveriam ter televisão e o pequeno almoço poderia ser mais rico em termos de opções (embora seja mais que suficiente para as necessidades de um pequeno almoço).

L' emplacement de l'hôtel est très bon, à 50 mètres de la station de métro Earls Court qui dessert les principaux points touristiques de la ville et il se trouve sur une rue sans passage, donc très calme.. Dommage que la salle de douche/cabine dans la chambre est minuscule et que l'hôtel ne possède pas d'ascenseur ...malgré les trois étages de chambres.

Sijainti! Lähellä Earls courtin metroasema sekä ihan vieressa Marks&Spencerin ruokakauppa. Keittiössä kävimme muutaman kerran lämmittämässä mikroruuat. Vaikka huone oli kulahtanut, niin se oli siisti.Siis ei likaa /pölyä tms Hyvä sijainti pelasti loman. Jos etsit kivaa B&B niin älä mene tänne ;) Hotelli on kamala. Sängyt on niin huonokuntoiset, ettei edes kierrätyskeskus ottaisi vastaan. Vessa toimii huonosti. Ei vedä, joutui suihkusta valuttaa vettä pönttöön. Luottokortti ei käynyt vaikka piti. Jouduimme nostamaan käteistä. Veloittivat liikaa jota sitten oli kiva periä takaisin, ei millään olisi maksettu. Toki intialaiset omistajat/henkilökunta varmasti pitävät pikku huijaamista osana normaalia bisnestä ;) Aamupala on niin surkea: valkoinen paahtis, keitetty muna, hillo, voi, corn flakes, murukahvi.Siis en tohon hintaan odottanutkaan muuta kuin, että olisi saanut aamukahvin. Murukahvi ei auta :) Ja palvelu niin tympeää, että ihan nauratti. Mutta lähellä oli subway missä aamusub ja kahvi £2, lasten hyvä sub, mehu ja cookie £2.49

Der var heldigvis mange tæpper på værelset. Det medførte, at vores børn ikke frøs om natten. Vi (de to voksne)sov ikke meget pga. kulde og træk. Det var ikke nødvendigt at lufte ud på værelset - det blev klaret via de utætte vinduer. Én dag fik vi ikke skæld ud af personalet. Høj pris og ubeskrivelig dårlig standard. Ikke muligt at lukke døren til badeværelset. Ikke mulighed for brusebad. Kun en stikkontakt. Faldefærdige senge. Kort interval for morgenmaden - skulle stå i kø, der var ganske enkelt ikke pladser nok til alle. Meget kedelig morgenmad - cornflakes, kaffe, the, ristet toastbrød, marmelade, smør, mælk

Proximité immédiate du métro Station Earls Court. Possibilité de dormir en couple et avec 3 enfants dans la même chambre. Chambre froide, salle de bain glaciale et pas de mitigeur dans le lavabo ou la douche : Il faut choisir de se laver à l'eau froide ou à l'eau chaude. Salle du petit déjeuner trop petite et donc attente pour déjeuner.

La posizione ed un rapporto qualita/prezzo appena sufficiente Lo staff alla colazione sgarbato e lunatico.Il bagno veramente troppo piccolo per un utilizzo normale.Impossibile usare il water senza bagnarsi i piedi.Struttura bella fuori ma vecchia e fatisciente dentro.Lo staff poco gentile.

La posizione e prezzo nella media. Struttura fatisciente ed appena sufficientemente pulito.La colazione non e' all'inglese e scarna e lo staff e' lunatico.Bagno molto molto piccolo rende difficile perfino fare la doccia e usare il water.Spostandosi qualche km in piu' dal centro si trovano hotel migliori con prezzo piu' basso. Ho avuto problemi con la carta di debito a causa di un disguido con la banca e non ho potuto pagare all'arrivo, sono stati molto insistenti nonostante stessi risolvendo il problema ed a fine giornata hanno negato l'accesso alla stanza a mia moglie e amia figlia.Poco english.
