Good price Good location Good warmth Good hot shower Good breakfast Good break Good atmosphere in bar
A bit grubby in the room e.g. windows, curtains
Lady on the Saturday reception was top notch. She served us at both breakfasts and was very helpful. She gets A +++++++++++++. From us
Dirty room Wi Fi didn't work Limited Breakfast Old water in the kettle LED Lamps. We're good for the Hotel Electricity Bill but not good for the guest.
It's location! The bar. Shower was very good. Breakfast included. Good price.
Cleanliness was very poor, hadn't been hoovered or dusted ! Found 3 empty Stella cans on top of the wardrobe. Their was damp, fag burns on the floor. The bed was old, repaired with with a massive sheet of MDF!! All the units where all chipped around the edges. And their was drinking glasses on the top of toilet sistern, when their was a shelf just above it to put them on.
friendly staff excellent breakfast and good location good size room
room wasn't as described on booking no seating area room dusty needed a good clean drain in shower blocked was described as luxury room we didn't complain as we had the room for a good rate
Staff were generally friendly and the room was a good size. Good shower, too.
There's a nightclub right across the street that pounds music late into the night. I stayed on a Friday and it was LOUD. Luckily I had remembered to take earplugs. And if you want a good meal, head into town instead. The food is Wetherspoons quality at best.
Good breakfast. Nice room.
No private car parking spaces. Toilet did not flush on the first night, other arrangements were made until the problem was fixed.
Price and Location
Nothink to realy like
Room very small with only 2 bedside lamps no centre light so dark couldn't even see to shave in bathroom not good at all
The executive room had everything you could need, 2 tv's, lovely bed,and lots of room. The evening meal was nice food and a very good price.
The Breakfast & Staff
The room was very tired and has seen better days, the beds in all 4 rooms we booked were completely worn out, all 4 rooms were filthy with cob webs everywhere and lime scale corrosion on all the taps in the dirty bathroom, I'm not sure why they need 3 hours between guests arriving and leaving because I would say the cleaners spend more like 3 minutes to change towels and bed linen. I will never book it again and neither will any of the rest of my party, totally disappointed. I think they should start investing some of the profits back into refurbishing and change there beds more often, this hotel has never been touched since it opened, typical of a lot of these so called hotels.
Noisy Saniflo toilet, breakfast NOT served till 8am so missed out on both days due to work commitments, 11pm curfew to return to hotel.
The room was clean
As a woman on her own I hated the lack of a chain on the interior door of my room and the horrible sensor lights in the corridor making the corridor foreboding and me feel my safety was at risk . There was no internal phone in the room and no way of contacting anyone on duty of there had been an emergency (not sure anyone was on duty at all). I had virtually no sleep as every noise made me wake. The light bulbs in the overhead sockets were mostly missing and so it was impossible to complete any work in the room as it was too dark.
The alarm from the night club over the road sounding all night
Got a couple of hours work done between 5:30 and breakfast starting.
Ground floor room 1 has large plain window that pedestrians can look in as they pass. Lights are useless so closing the blind made it impossible to work. Room is about 15 feet from road and traffic noise woke me at 5:30.
Nice and clean, friendly staff, lovely breakfast and plenty of choice.Good value for money.
Good quality of sleep Free WIFI
Staff forgot to leave the cold breakfast that was promised because I was leaving before 8.00. No breakfast even though this was included in the price. Lots of cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. Staff have a apathetic attitude.
Very friendly staff Breakfast
Couldn't get WiFi Advertise meals all day every day but couldn't get a meal until 17:30. Had 5 minutes to spare, went for a drink, not served after 7 minutes left without. Rooms need dusting.
The closeness to the seafront
Our room wasn't clean, damp smell was terrible!!! Smell saturated clean clothing when we got home it was so bad. Wouldn't stay there again. Thankful we were arrived late and left early! Would have walked out if we had children too.
Excellent staff and location.
Furnishings in need of replacing and updating, e.g. rust around mirrors; need better pillows and not so hard!
Good location, friendly staff
Bathroom was extremely dirty. Hair in the shower tray and dirt around skirting boards
Id love to know what the name of lady who checked me out
Room needed to be dustered
To noisy a weekends to sleep!
There was no staff available on sight the whole weekend I'm pretty sure my room hasn't been cleaned and the safety of the place was abysmal as someone broke into my room and stole £300 would not recommend at all!!
