The castle is just across the road ... ... but we had a view on a wall! Very dark room, ugly furniture, tiny bathroom.

The owners, especially the lady, were extremely helpful and efficient. The b&b was convenient to the shops and river. It would have been helpful to have a dry place to store a bike - but I don't think this was possible anyway.

Very good location and nice member of staff. Very good breakfast- also quick and tasty.Excellent hotel for 1 -2 nights ,as very small rooms. Small room -no space to move once you open a suitcase. Room old and ageing furniture and filthy curtains- although view for Inverness castle amazing.Bathroom - with old tiles. Central heating was turned down by staff,and was chilling (outside temp 5 Celsius)

Lovely location on river. Close to restaurants/pubs. Big room. Old-fashioned decor - needs updating. Not enough natural light in room. Poor outlook from window, which couldn't be opened without assistance. Very small en suite.

This guest house is located right along the Ness River and across from the castle. The beds were very comfortable and the staff was friendly and very helpful. They were willing to hold our bags after checkout since we were going to be at a conference all day and it would be difficult to carry them around. I would definitely stay here again!

On arrival after hill walking thro the great glen and suffering with badly blistered feet we were given a room with no stairs to climb because we were in pain. We should have been on the top floor. Breakfast was excellant. Hospitality was first class.
