Owners and staff were very friendly and helpfull, breakfast was very good and the location was perfect for the town and access to the surrounding area. There was no hair drier or shampoo in the room, but now knowing that we would take our own, I would definatly stay there again. |

The size of the room, comfortable furniture and bed, plus riverside location looking up to castle was wonderful.( Not all rooms had this) Staff were friendly and very helpful and breakfast was excellent. Lots of stairs even down to breakfast room could be a problem, A very small en suite area made for difficult washing but the shower was nice and hot.No where to put anything. A shelf above the sink would help. |

Responsive staff, homely atmosphere, excellent location. Bathroom is very small; loud tapping noises through the night - probably from the heating system. |

One of the nicest hotels I have stayed at in Ireland. Based on the information on Booking.com I thought this hotel was closer to the old town. |

We liked everything about our stay (except perhaps the lack of a lift, however the staff helped us with our luggage). The location was ideal and our room had a lovely view of the castle. The decor was superb and breakfast was delicious! |

That it was close to the city centre and on the riverside. Also close to where I was working for the 2 days. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Booking was easy and clear. Room was very small, and up a back stair. Parking was difficult and not very close. I know that there were roadworks when I was there, but there will still be few parking spaces when they are finished. Might be a good idea to say that you are on the riverside, as I had a bit of difficulty finding Ardross Terrace from Ardross street. |

Excellent situation. Short walk from train station. Pretty riverside location although not all rooms have a riverside view. Professional/helpful hotelier/staff. Very clean & comfortable. Wide choice of cooked breakfasts. A number of excellent restaurants very close by with great value early evening menus. Short walk to theatre/cinema. |
