Clean and tidy with exellent service, breakfast and location. For en som har reist og bodd en del i britiske storbyer, var det som en annen verden å komme til et sted der alt var så rent, pent og i orden. Og beliggenheten er jo både idyllisk, rolig og meget sentral. Tre ting på en gang, at det går an! Kan ikke se hva som kan forbedres. Flere/bedre TV-kanaler, kanskje. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was freshly prepared and the choice excellent. The location was perfect: on the side of the river just minutes away from the city. The rooms were small but adequate but our bathroom was unheated and the water pulsated from the shower, hot and cold! |

Was in a great location. Convenient for shops and walks along the river and canals. Had a homely feel to it and the breakfast was brilliant. Felt the decor was a bit dated although very clean |

We were within easy walking distance of the local bars/restaurants and the railway station. Being close to the river on a one-way street, it was quiet. Breakfast menu choice was excellent. The en-suite bathroom (shower cubicle) was a bit on the small size, but the other facilities more than made up. |

Owners and staff were very friendly and helpfull, breakfast was very good and the location was perfect for the town and access to the surrounding area. There was no hair drier or shampoo in the room, but now knowing that we would take our own, I would definatly stay there again. |

The size of the room, comfortable furniture and bed, plus riverside location looking up to castle was wonderful.( Not all rooms had this) Staff were friendly and very helpful and breakfast was excellent. Lots of stairs even down to breakfast room could be a problem, A very small en suite area made for difficult washing but the shower was nice and hot.No where to put anything. A shelf above the sink would help. |

We liked everything about our stay (except perhaps the lack of a lift, however the staff helped us with our luggage). The location was ideal and our room had a lovely view of the castle. The decor was superb and breakfast was delicious! |

That it was close to the city centre and on the riverside. Also close to where I was working for the 2 days. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Booking was easy and clear. Room was very small, and up a back stair. Parking was difficult and not very close. I know that there were roadworks when I was there, but there will still be few parking spaces when they are finished. Might be a good idea to say that you are on the riverside, as I had a bit of difficulty finding Ardross Terrace from Ardross street. |
