not much to say really. it was comfortable, but just ok for a stop over when booking it was not made clear we had booked bed breakfast and evening meal, we assumed it was only bed and breakfast, therefore we had an evening meal on arrival [expecting to pay extra].because the meal was dissapointing we ate out the second night. it was only on checking out that we discovered evening meals were included in the costs. this is not how the booking form read. |

It was in a good position for the purpose of my visit. The hotel was quiet. I arrived in the dark so I did not see the sign at first. It was also a little tricky driving round to the back to park. A light in the car park would have been helpful. |

Very friendly staff, excellent food, including a lovely breakfast and most impressive evening meal. Good bar too. The hotel is beautifully located in a quiet area too. As indicated by other people staying at the hotel, the rooms seem to have paper thin walls and floors and large gaps below the doors, the sounds of TVs and people in other rooms are therefore very hard to avoid. |

The staff/owners were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable. The location was perfect, being in a quiet country position, yet close enough to all the local ameneties. We visited at a quiet period, but had the hotel been full I would imagine that parking may have been a minor issue. |

staff were very helpful and pleasant and the food was very nice.area was very peaceful and easy access to the main routes to get about. we were put in a family room away from the main hotel which had a water system(or something)in the roof space which made an annoying noise all the time making it hard to sleep if you are a light sleeper.also not much water came out of the shower making it almost useless.we also didn't find out until we got there the pool was broke and the beauty therapist was on holiday. |
