Friendly helpful staff.

Tired Decor, problems with room door locks.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and the beautifully peaceful location.

All staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, but particularly Tom. The evening meal was excellent. Decor of the rooms was very nice and location is very pleasant too. Thoroughly enjoyed stay there and will be back!!

Staff freindly, nice location

Booked an executive room but when we arrived they had given it to someone else! The only reductiin we got for this is we were charged for a standard room which as the room we were given. The room was not spotless but fairly clean, it also smelt of dog. Decor and furniture fairly dated

We were made to feel welcome and, although our stay was only one night, it was a very pleasant experience.

Our stay was very pleasant but5 no more than that.

It was not all that easy t locate...even with sat nav.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was really good. The price reflected the quality of the room. Standard bathroom, double bed, clean room.

Location is good, but you have to have a car to get around. Be prepared to drive.

The staff both on reception and waiting on for breakfast were lovely - very helpful and couldn't do enough for you. Unfortunately they are the only asset the hotel has.

We stayed in a deluxe/luxury room which had a spa bath in the bedroom - nearly the same size as the very creaking bed. The bath was so big the wardrobe was in the bathroom! The bathroom was huge but only had a tiny shower sat in the corner. The decor in the room was very tired with mismatch curtains and peeling wallpaper.

The room, was run down could do with a re-ferb.The toilet kept filling up with other peoples.....well enough said. Everytime someone flushed their toilet it filled ours, our room stank aweful. My girlfriend on several occations was very nearly sick from the smell. We sat down for breakfast at 9:00am we got our two full english breakfasts at 10:15, we had to check out at 10:30.

The staff were fantastic, very helpful and polite and couldn't do enough for you. The bar was a lovely cozy place to relax and enjoy a few drinks. The breakfasts were superb, didn't need to eat again until dinner after filling up on them. The restaurant menu and food quality was excellent. Overall a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend it.

The decoration of the rooms was a little dated.

a fantastic friendly welcome, and help parking 2 motorbikes in a safe location. the atmosphere was pleasent and informal, ie, drinks, dinner were all discretly charged to our room, as we got talking to a group of golfers in the bar! recomended a great walk which we did to the beach. breakfast quality and range was very good.we felt 'looked after.'

we felt disapointed at the evening meal, the hotel advertises a rossette award for its food, and we had high expectations. however it was served hot and in good time. the hot tub facility was also out of use, again a bit disapointing as we had travelled a fair way on motorbikes and had been looking forward to a soak!

Staff =great awkward location unless driving area very nice walking or exploring
