Straight on and off the motorway
Service station not all open when we arrived .
Comfy bed happy to be put in room 101 very quiet shame no good eating houses nearby services food very average!!
nowhere decent to eat close by
I am a smoker therefore I am biase because I had a smoking room. However,I found every member of the staff I came into contact with extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. All in all a very pleasant stay.
From arriving to pleasant helpful staff until we left we could not fault our stay . Hotel clean and comfortable . Thank you .
A spotless and hospitable place to stay. The facilities were very good and the lady on Reception was most helpful.
Only breakfast in the room was available----no separate dining area as in some Days Inns.
Good location and ideal to break up the journey
We stayed in the north bound service stop and were travelling south. It was difficult to find and we got lost.
everything was a 1
The room was very clean with tea and coffee making facilities. Was able to replenish tea/sugar/milk from reception no problem at all. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. The room was quiet and we both got a good nights sleep.
I can honestly say there was nothing that upset or annoyed us at all during our two night stay.
We stayed in a family room with 2 young children. Very comfy and good value for money,
Location was reasonable. good connections just off the motorway.
Room was a smoking room and smelled bad. Parking was not great.
cleanliness, staff were friendly and informal, rooms were as good as any other hotel iv been too. bed and shower were extremely comfortable! free tea and coffee in room
location is in a service station lol
Clean and comfortable and reasonably priced. Easy to get to even though we were traveling south
Poor food options nearby. Only Burger King available but we shall know another time
the ability to check in late
easy access from the M 5 ,staff polite and wearing a smile, always good to see after a long drive.
did not see any facilities, not even a water bowl for the dogs despite being charged 10 pounds for each dog, some thing wrong there I think !!
Comfortable enough for all 4 of us. Breakfast was fantastic.
The room smelt of cigarettes the whole time we were there. (It was a non-smoking room)
The hotel is very handy getting off M5 highway, and a quick meal and gas service is near by. Staff was very pleasant, and willing to help us with any requests.
Wi- Fi was not always available, Would disconnect at various times of the day.
Wifi should be quick and easy to access and not need email address and stuff to set up, very dissatisfied with this.
The fact that it has smoking rooms was the main reason to choose the hotel. The staff is really fabulous, very polite and helpful.
The acommodations could have some items, such as tumblers and extra ashtrays in the room. The lack of breakfast in the hotel was a pity, it was offered in the Welcome Break main area only. No phone in the room and an unfortunate lack of electricity were two points to note.
Receptionist on arrival was extremely helpful in all ways, including assistance with the wi-fi.
Location's not brilliant - It feels strange staying at Motorway Services - I guess it's just what you get used to. Having said that, the stay was far better than I expected!
Staff were polite and friendly Room was clean
Last minute booking only room available and charged £117 for the night for a very basic room , even staff on desk said they had not known it cost so much before . Hotel charges what they like from £57 for the same room we were told. Uht milk for drinks was lumpy so went to motorway cafe. Room ok for a much cheaper price but not for the amount it was hiked up to. Will avoid the chain or prebook in future
Very like Premier Inn, but not so hot in the late summer heat.
Inconvenient if travelling South on M5 as you have to reverse back North to get to it.
Staff were very nice.
I obviously didn't pay to have a working hairdryer or trouser press.
good all round hotel clean room and friendly staff also children friendly the rear access to local village and Brean sands was wonderful good hotel will stay again
the banging of doors late at night and first thing in morning
