Wifi should be quick and easy to access and not need email address and stuff to set up, very dissatisfied with this.
The fact that it has smoking rooms was the main reason to choose the hotel. The staff is really fabulous, very polite and helpful.
The acommodations could have some items, such as tumblers and extra ashtrays in the room. The lack of breakfast in the hotel was a pity, it was offered in the Welcome Break main area only. No phone in the room and an unfortunate lack of electricity were two points to note.
Receptionist on arrival was extremely helpful in all ways, including assistance with the wi-fi.
Location's not brilliant - It feels strange staying at Motorway Services - I guess it's just what you get used to. Having said that, the stay was far better than I expected!
Very like Premier Inn, but not so hot in the late summer heat.
Inconvenient if travelling South on M5 as you have to reverse back North to get to it.
Staff were very nice.
I obviously didn't pay to have a working hairdryer or trouser press.
good all round hotel clean room and friendly staff also children friendly the rear access to local village and Brean sands was wonderful good hotel will stay again
the banging of doors late at night and first thing in morning
Not enough parking right outside so parked in main car park, with children it was a worry crossing with cases etc
Size of the room
Toilet were dirty
Good size room, very clean and really helpful staff. Advice about getting out without having to use the motorway way ideal.
the shower curtain, it sticks to you in the shower.
Good clean beds friendly helpful staff
Not enough parking
The staff did it for us they were so helpful
There was,nt anythink
We stayed here as a stopover on our journey to Cornwall. It was fine for the purposes although basic. Got a good nights sleep.
Car park out front is too small so we couldn't get a space. Although we were assured the large car park opposite had security cameras, we weren't too pleased at having to leave a car full of camping gear so far from the hotel.
I liked the convenience and surprising comfort and generous size of our room. Absolutely spotless and lovely fluffy towels. Staff were very helpful when asked for directions and could nt do enough.
Could have done with more tea bags, milk and sugar as there were 4 of us and not enough to go round.
Spacious, clean and comfortable. Good that we could take the dog.
Would have been better if located at better services.
Very helpful staff on 24-hr reception (Becky), amazingly quiet, pleasant view over rabbit filled lawn to sunset. We spent 3 nights here as we thought it was a very good location for visiting both Exeter and Bath. Excellent value at£14 per person per night.
Stuffy ground floor room even with windows open, not comfortable leaving windows open during night - easy to get in. Kids' bed lumpy.
Matress was very uncomfortable,
Was not given room key - we were a family of 4, children's beds were very uncomfortable you could feel all the springs
Got there late. Showered, Slept, woke up. Showered. Felt refreshed & headed out. Smooth experience
No telephone in room. Only 1 hand towel. No little bottles of shampoo / toothbrush bits. But all was good
Pleasent and helpful staff. Secure car park. Very clean room. Comfy bed. Excellent bath and shower. Choice of smoking room. A tv that can be watched from bed. Free wi-fi connection. We could check in anytime after 3pm. 11am checkout. Payment on check in. Easy to find. Would stay again.
No cooked breakfast option, only continental option. However service station in walking distance with good choice of food. Lack of sofa in our room.
Great location Good size room Great price
Very limited parking at front of hotel....but plenty within service area - *this was free parking* Access is only via M5 North
WELL,it was right on the M5 Sedgemoor Services which was handy, nice young man on reception. It was just a convenient stop to meet someone who lived in Weston, without driving off the motorway.
there was no where to go other than your room, which was very very basic. we had to go over to the services to get some food.Breakfast was available if ordered, but just a continental one.
Friendly reception Nice, comfortable room Wildlife outside the window i.e rabbits! dog friendly is a massive plus for us
Food at services ended at 10pm - perhaps could mention this?
Excellent helpful; Staff (especially Becky). Well-soundproofed against traffic noise. Great value. Good location Own car park. Plenty of hot water for baths at any time
Couple of (very) minor stains on bed-linen
Easy check in out
