The walk to the services meant crossing the road where cars enter the services, - some are traveling quickly and unlikely to consider that pedestrians may be crossing the road.
We stayed here because we were getting a flight from Bristol Airport the next day. It was clean, functional and cheap. Just what we needed to suit our purposes.
Room clean and tidy and has everything you need
easy to get to
breakfast not included in the price not informed this was the case
easy access - friendly staff - clean tidy room with adequate facilities
Ideal for transit breaks
cleanliness. Own car park. tucked nicely away from main traffic. Very helpful staff
Having to walk child across dark services car par to use services facilities (not the fault of the hotel)
Location for visiting cheddar arena, easy to find and surprisingly quiet.
Sofa bed for our 2 children had a 'dent' in the mattress which made it uncomfortable - website shows 2 separate beds plus double in family room. Would've liked sofa bed made up as we booked for 2 adults & 2 children. Radiator set to maximum - room too hot.
The lady that checked us in and the lady over night was brilliant
The man on reception in the morning was rude and was not helpful at all. And we were not told we had to pre book for breakfast
I have to say... Been told about the pub.. Great food & friendly people in there...
Nothing. I found it very clean & comfy.
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpfull. The building was clean and well appointed.
The bed was worn out , you rolled towards the centre of the bed , ideal for \a young couple but not for oldies like us.
Its cheap hotel so good value for money, clean rooms & staff very friendly.
Noticed a muggy smell as if damp outside room we stayed in & bed mattresses are too soft, we prefer firmer mattress. Having to travel down to j22 & come back up to get to hotel, need a bridge across motorway cant remember back route in through the lanes & need code to get through barrier now.
Excellent breakfast. pleasant helpful staff.convenience, quietness. cleanliness Price.
Convenience, staff suggestions for dinner
Clean quiet and comfortable what more do you require for a cheap sleep
Could have had a small table in the room to put my cup on whilst sat on the sofa watching TV but it's not going to stop me staying again
we chose the hotel because we could get to all the places we came to see with ease . staff great hotel very clean couldn't fault it will be staying again .
theres nothing we didn't like
esay to find and convineant for western-supa-meir.very freindly staff, even after ariving very late and asking for more pillows.
car park was full second night so had to park in service station area.
Nice clean bathroom and room
One bedroom ceiling light came on or did not come on at all and then kept flashing on and off, also one of the wall lights did not work near to to wall mirror. would have liked another chair, for the settee was far too low as we use walking sticks
Very hot. Didn't realise the heating was on full until I woke up in the night and had to get up and turn it off.
Very helpful staff and clean room
The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are very clean and comfortable.
- friendly and very helpful staff - clean room - quiet inspite of being next to the motorway - easy to find
you can only reach the hotel by the northbound lane of the motorway
Room was a good size, clean, bathroom excellent, and the breakfast turned up on time. Everything worked! Excellent value for £50.
Nothing - all good!
