It's near shopping centre and Halal restaurants plus near Railway station.

Noise outside because of the vehicles passing.

The rooms were good.

The fact that they want a £50 deposit even if they have your credit card details and you have paid in full at check in. The staff seemed really untrusting on two younger guests (siblings) staying at the hotel I thought it was really rude that they made us wait in te reception while they checked the room. Not a nice experience. Breakfast was not hot enough, was Luke warm.

Convenient location for shops and station. Price reasonable. Rooms and beds comfortable. Relaxed ambiance of foyer and bar and restaurant. Easy to find.

Parking charges - 15.00 a day is scandalous, and then being obliged to use public car park.

The breakfast was very average and not value for money.

Very helpful, welcoming staff and pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room.

Food a bit pricey.

Not as nice a room as last stay, no bottled water for instance, disappointing having to pay for wifi. Bathrooms could do with a shaving/make up mirror

Comfortable rooms, nice bed and descent size room.

Restaurant is overpriced for the quality and choice of food, small portions. Noticed on th efirst night of the stay that the restaurant had only a handful of people dining, an indication of it's popularity/value for money perhaps. Fir alarm was activated in the early hours by two 'guests,' spoking in a non-smoking room. Awoke everyone up but no offer of any type of compensation, voucher etc for the loss of sleep and inconvenience from the hotel staff when we complained.

Easy to find, clean, polite, knowledgable and helpful staff.

Room was too hot.

The hotel was ok.

I did not like the fact booking.com did not advise during booking I would have to pay for wifi Internet. I also did not like the hotels restaurant was closed on a Sunday and Monday.

The car parking, the choice was £15 a night in the very small underground hotel car park or next door in the Multi-Story. My daughters were able to leave their cars at my sister house nearby, otherwise I doubt that I would have used this hotel. One more comment, on your website I asked for a twin room, the hotel rang me to say that only doubles were available, however on arrival at the hotel my daugthers were given a twin room, why didn't the hotel contact me again about the type of room available. I very nearly cancelled the booking once I was told no twin rooms were available. Regards PJ Sullivan

Modern well appointed hotel very close to the centre of Woking and for our purposes within walking distance of family who live in Woking

Nothing was bad but if there was one area that could be improved it was the breakfast which we thought was very average for the price.

Nice location close to the training center that I was attending. Good clean and quiet room, good breakfast.

Although breakfast was good the evening meal was very basic and taken straight from the tin, and it was expensive. This is a shame because there were plenty of staff on hand so no excuse for bad quality. Also dining chairs were filthy.! Parking was cramped, linited and expensive.
