It is hands down the best hotel in Woking. It has the best breakfast I have seen as well as a superb quality of beds. It is overpriced, at the end of the day, Woking is not by any means London. The staff in the restaurant was a bit rude and treated us as thieves who were planning to make a run for it at any moment.

The rooms were good. The fact that they want a £50 deposit even if they have your credit card details and you have paid in full at check in. The staff seemed really untrusting on two younger guests (siblings) staying at the hotel I thought it was really rude that they made us wait in te reception while they checked the room. Not a nice experience. Breakfast was not hot enough, was Luke warm.

It was an ideal location for a nearby function we were attending and the hotel itself was clean and efficient. Fitted our needs exactly.

Convenient location for shops and station. Price reasonable. Rooms and beds comfortable. Relaxed ambiance of foyer and bar and restaurant. Easy to find. Parking charges - 15.00 a day is scandalous, and then being obliged to use public car park.

It's near shopping centre and Halal restaurants plus near Railway station. Noise outside because of the vehicles passing.

Not as nice a room as last stay, no bottled water for instance, disappointing having to pay for wifi. Bathrooms could do with a shaving/make up mirror

I choose the hotel as we planned to visit Wisley Flower Show and did not want to travel back to Fareham each night. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Unwelcoming reception staff barely polite on arrival and departure. Room modest size and too hot. Bed too soft. Neither of us got a good nights sleep. Strange kettle set -up meant unable to heat water to make cup of tea. Overall very poor value for money and absolutely nothing from the room or level of service to merit the room rate.

The car parking, the choice was £15 a night in the very small underground hotel car park or next door in the Multi-Story. My daughters were able to leave their cars at my sister house nearby, otherwise I doubt that I would have used this hotel. One more comment, on your website I asked for a twin room, the hotel rang me to say that only doubles were available, however on arrival at the hotel my daugthers were given a twin room, why didn't the hotel contact me again about the type of room available. I very nearly cancelled the booking once I was told no twin rooms were available. Regards PJ Sullivan

Modern well appointed hotel very close to the centre of Woking and for our purposes within walking distance of family who live in Woking Nothing was bad but if there was one area that could be improved it was the breakfast which we thought was very average for the price.

The price of the breakfast! It is far too expensive for a family of four to justify the cost. At £60 for 4 adults we were eating a two course dinner in Rome!

Nice location close to the training center that I was attending. Good clean and quiet room, good breakfast. Although breakfast was good the evening meal was very basic and taken straight from the tin, and it was expensive. This is a shame because there were plenty of staff on hand so no excuse for bad quality. Also dining chairs were filthy.! Parking was cramped, linited and expensive.

I have to say that the Holiday Inn Woking has one of the best hotel rooms that I have ever stayed in. Very comfortable, great price. It would have been nice if Wi-Fi free for guests but other than that no complaints.

Location and fast check in. Room was very clean and up-to-date. Did not like the up-selling on check-in with regards to breakfast. Buy now or pay more in the morning! Not what I wanted to hear after a long day travelling.

Room nice size. Had to keep window shut at night because of the road noise but that is to be expected due to its location. However the air con is quiet so the room was kept at a nice temperature. Very convienent for the town, many varied resturants. Have stayed in many hotels and tend to keep away from the big chain ones but have to say would definately stay inn another holiday inn.

The Location is great right in the town center My wife asked for a shower cap but they did not have any. I asked for a razor and Shaving foam (as your not allowed to carry them in your hand luggage on planes anymore) I was given some very very pour Quality Shaving foam.
