Our second visit. I think that says it all and hopefully it won't be the last. I love the themed rooms. Great breakfast and friendly staff.

The place The people The service Nothing was too much trouble, it is a lovely place to stay with the added treat of the gift shop and art gallery. We look forward to going back to try one of the other theme-decorated rooms. Excellent in all aspects.

Our stay was not long enough!

We felt we were very well looked after by the staff there. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and very well decorated. It was a very relaxing place to stay and we would go back there. I cannot comment on the evening meal as we did not eat in the restaurant in the evening but I can say that we thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast. Thank you and well done!

    Nothing to dislike!

The room was spotless, the bed one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The food was excellent quality and plenty of it! Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Nice to have onsite art gallery and craft shop. Plenty of parking and close to Bridlington.

Although connected to wifi could not send messages from iphone.

The themed room idea is a good one in principle.

The room was over crowded and FAR TOO DARK. We found it extremely difficult to read. Window is small and lights low power with shades. The view of the TV ( located in a corner ) is obscured by the bed posts.

As always a comfortable stay at The Wolds Village, though the restaurant had been planned to be closed on my first evening there, they opened to allow my work colleague & I to have supper

Booked for 4 nights--big mistake. Could not connect I-Pad or I-Phone to to free WIFI. Eventual connection by landlord and service provider on 2nd night to I-pad only. Lack of shelving in bathroom. All toiletries had to be kept in his and her toilet bags. When showering had to cover pipe leaking to shower-head with cloth to prevent spraying either partner when using sink. Dining area remote to bedrooms. No heating at breakfast. Poor and greasy breakfast. Cleaning lady using floor cleaning fluid when having breakfast-- could have delayed until breakfast was over. Main course meal (beef or lamb) cut on machine and saturated with gravy. No option offered!!??!! No fire in bar as advertised in brochure. Conseratory window leaking rain water at breakfast table. On checking out a ginger cat was allowed jump from reception thrrough the reception window into the yard and back again to parade all over the booking ledger and other paperworks left on the reception desk. I question the hygine standards ??? Certainly should not be included in the hotel section of your web and is really an over-priced B&B. Bar closed too early (maybe a good thing as the establishment most certainly should not be allowed serve Guinness as they were the worst pints ever).

    Nice clean and comfortable property.

Although the bathroom was very nicely fitted out there was not enough fittings on which to hang used towels. Wi fi was not available.

Wolds Village has a friendly and relaxed atmosphere and very pleasant and helpful staff. The position of Wolds Village is good for visiting either the coast or other towns and tourist attractions in the area.

Bainton village does not have any other pubs or alternative, places to eat in, so we had to travel a bit further to find other places for evening meals if we wanted a change from the Wolds Village restaurant .
