Wood Green Studio

Wood Green Studio was absolutely perfect. A lovely clean room with kitchen, bathroom and sleeping space, well stocked with everything you could need. The people were very friendly and helpful and I would have no hesitation in recommending Wood Green to a friend

I like this area of the city. The apartment itself is in a housing area and very peaceful. The apartment is well equipped, the hosts are even providing some snacks in the kitchen and some necesseties often forgotten for the bathroom at a small price. The hosts are a family who live right next door and they are very friendly and helpful.

If you have a lot of luggage, like I did, it is a bit far to walk from Wood Green Station. However, there is a bus stop close to the end of the street or you can hop into a taxi by the station as I did, which cost me 5 pounds. The host were even friendly enough to drop me off at the station as I was leaving.

Nice, quiet location and only a short walk to the tube. Very friendly and helpful hosts and, as a business traveller who wanted an inexpensive. comfortable and quiet place to stay with free Wifi I would recommend it heartily.

I was unable to travel, Wood Green Studio were most kind and offered me a reduced rate on my next visit, it was too late to cancel the booking

El estudio es cómodo y bien equipado, las personas son muy amables y simpáticas. El metro queda a 10 minutos caminando, el barrio es muy agradable y tranquilo, con abundantes comercios.

Een rustige locatie die goed bereikbaar was met het openbaar vervoer (Picadilly Line). Mooi ingerichte kamer/studio.

De prijs was buiten verhouding (verdubbeling), maar we zijn wel geweest tijdens de Olympische spelen, dus dit was voorzien.

Très bon accueil. Un joli studio très bien meublé, dans le jardin d'une maison de banlieue traditionnelle avec entrée indépendante. Très bonne literie, endroit très calme à 10 minutes du métro et des bus. A retenir pour y revenir.

A tulajdonos, közvetlen és barátságos, segítőkész. A szállás kiváló, csendes és családias. Van masszázságy, nintendo wii, kábeltévé és még sok más plusz szolgáltatás. Nincs messze a metró, van sok buszjárat is, amivel el lehet jutni akár a London másik felébe is.

Kicsit drága volt egy hátizsákos túrához képest, de télen olcsóbb általában.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. It is fantastic value for this sort of price in London, and I would recommend it to anybody.

At the end of a long day in London we enjoyed sitting out on the deck overlooking the garden and being able to knock up some supper afterwards. The bed was comfortable, the shower worked well, there was enough space and Nick was very helpful. At night it was quiet and there was off street parking available. It is an easy walk from the Wood Green Underground station and if it is raining the W3 bus brings you to the end of the street.

All emails were answered promptly.

My stay went horribly wrong when the shower did not work (at all). The owners fixed it after a couple of days, and refunded me for the days I did not stay, but I had to ask for that refund, and none was available for the days i did not shower. The room is a converted garage, and so also got very cold at night.
