Set in an acre of garden surrounded by attractive woodland, this warm and friendly guest house is ideally placed for the seaside, South Downs and historic Arundal.

Vicki and Mike, your hosts, offer bed and breakfast accommodations in a traditional family house. With just 4 rooms, they provide an exemplary level of personal service. Wake up to a delicious freshly prepared breakfast in the sun room or dining room overlooking the garden. Then head out to explore this wonderful area of the country. Chichester Theatre, Goodwood races and the seaside are all within a 10 minute drive of the inn. Alternatively, you can just relax in the lovely garden while the children play.

The double room with ensuite bathroom was comfortable with its own external access. In our room was a boiler which was quite noisy for short bursts. Fresh towels were put in the room every day.Excellent full english breakfast and cereals. In the twin room the ceilings were low and had slanted roofs. Would have liked on suite. The stairs were very steep to our room,but well lite, and brighter lights in our room.The shower was a bit small for me.overall though a very enjoyable stay.
