Great facilities though we did not have time to use them. Quiet country park location convenient for Exeter & Jurassic coast. Reception staff very welcoming and pleasant Breakfast was busy and the waiting staff, whilst friendly appeared nervous and disorganised. Many guests walked in were not met and directed to a table for some time. |

The location was very pleasant and there was an air of quiet professionalism about the place. Check in/out was very efficient. The breakfast food was good. The view from the room, looking over the central court-yard where dinner was served, wasn't inspiring. The noise of room doors closing shut woke me up. Additionally, there were one or two minor niggles that indicate that checks made prior to arrival of guests could be improved upon (light bulbs not working, toilet seat that had to be held up etc.). |

The room and the views from the hotel were lovely and the staff were very helpful. Would be an idea if a selection of cheeses and meats could be added to the continental breakfast. |

Setting, Being well looked after. Lack of choice on the menu. The menu was the same for the nights we were there so did not have alot of choice. Even though the menu was the same the course were not cooked/prepared the same. |

Good leisure facilities. Good location. Nice atmosphere. The Atrium Restaurant is trying hard to be very good ... but falls short. Food is good but unremarkable. When we stayed, inexperienced/junior waiting staff meant service was poor. |

I have stopped there before so know the staff, and like the facilities and food. Reception and check in - check out, always seems to take a long time. |

Location, the choice of resturant food was good and well presented. Changing area in the swimming pool looking in need of a refurbishment, facilities were all operational. |

good standard of facilities generally but a bottle of water in the room would have been appreciated. Breakfast should be self-service (waitered service takes too long) |
