I would like to thank all staff for making us welcome but an extra thankyou to christina who helped in the return of my daughters phone.

loved the rooms well designed, querky lift, friendly staff and awesome location

Fantastic value for money, couldn't fault it

Parking was good

Beds were hard, floorboards created throughout building, rooms weren't sound proofed

The hotel had changed its name since the time of booking and hadnlt informed me - this made finding the right hotel difficult. The outside of the hotel looks very dated - and a bit shabby, this was dissappointing, but didn't affect the stay.

Good location

Bathroom smelt like fish. Breakfast staff just stood in corner and did not speak to anyone. I forgot my toothpaste and they did not have any that I could buy. Decor very shabby. Name had changed since booking. It was Ibis, no one informed me. We were driving up and down the road looking for the wrong hotel! Would not stay again.

Friendly, helpful staff. Had large triple room with 3 single beds, ideal for myself, daughter and grandson. Comfortable, clean beds and all the facilities we needed.

Not a brilliant breakfast, although I knew it was continental fare, there wasn't much choice - a bit sparse

The room was very small and in the eaves, so a sloping ceiling on which I hit my head very hard.

Good location and value for money.

The hotel had changed it's name without informing us in advance of our trip which made finding it unnecessarily stressful.

Rooms could do with few more pillows as our where very thin apart from that everythin else was great ...

Excellent value for money, staff helpful and friendly. Location 5 min walking distance to the beach. Comfortable.

Value for money, comfortable clean rooms and great position in Bournemouth.

Noise front hotel opposite until 6:30 in morning,but That can't be solved

Very welcoming staff . superb value for money . Continental breakfast available early and very nice . Never got the opportunity to use the bar area but looked cozy .

It is ideally placed, less than 10 minutes from town yet in a relatively quiet road. There was a good choice for breakfast with a variety of cereals fruits rolls etc, and the option of a reasonably priced cooked breakfast if you wanted one.

Good location close to city centre and beach front , staff chatty and helpful,24 hour reception,rooms clean and tidy well percented good parking,booking per room not per person,resonable price. deffenatly stay again. ejoyed my stay with you thank you Mr M P Jutson

creeky floor boards

It was exactly as website.

It was too hot in the room and corridors, had to turn radiator off during the night.

friendly staff on reception. excellent breakfast, nice hot shower and great for the pavilion theatre and town centre.

more attention to detail in cleaning rooms ie. high level dust, dirty extractor fan, greay marks on headboards.

location was ideal

the origional room was drab - looked like a quick repaint of the walls recently as there were paint splatters all over the black curtains. The sink was not in the batroom but in the middle of the bedroom. The floors were very creaky - you could hear every movement of the person above you and that made me feel uncomfortable about moving about my own room for the sake of the guests below me. The door to the room let the light in from the corridor. When another guest flushed their toilet it sounded like a waterfall in the room or like the ceiling had come down with a ton of water! There was no manual tempature control for the room so with the big heavy duvets it was too hot but without it was too cold. After a terrible first night, i spoke to a lovely girl on reception who offered another room on the 2nd floor, that meant i would not be exposed to the noises of the toilet and floor, this made for a better nights sleep - just. However there was no hot water in the room in the morning, i went to report the problem which they sorted but by the time it was, i couldnt have a shower as it was time to check out!!

Good choice of continental breakfast. The price was exceptional, £29 for a double room with breakfast.

Bathroom facilities a little small. However we received real value for money.

A little bit of noise from other rooms - creeky floors and thin walls. But typical of an old character property.
