Had a slight issue with the sleeping arrangements, due to my own fault. Situation was rectified by the land lord, in a concise manner, p.s the breakfast was fantastic!
Only the locale of the local taxi service, which was no fault of woodfalls inn.
Adequate facilities Good food and drink Friendly staff Black Labrador Near New Forest
Shower difficult to switch on Bit too pubby but OK
Lovely comfy bed and nice breakfast, thank you.
Bathroom was very 1970s with a mouldy shower curtain which was a bit grim to be honest and not particularly clean.
The above, and a lively bar and good food.
We were given a table right by the conservatory door, which people kept opening.
Place was clean fare bar prices and one bar lady held a conversation
Bed not made quilt just pulled up. Replaced biscuits but left dirty mugs has to ask for more. On arrival was asked we need to book a table fir dinner not approach on the Sunday thought anytime was fine. But found resturant closed at 8pm so did'nt have any dinner that nighft
Friendly approach. The food was very good and a huge choice.
Plumbing a bit temperamental! A bit tired in places!!
Food was excellent.
The whole experience at Woodfalls Inn was lovely, comfortable, clean , and the food was excellent-highlight was the beautiful black Labrador
Good location for forest walks etc and just few miles from Salisbury. Really nice food at good prices so we ate in every night. Very friendly staff
WiFi really sketchy in rooms. Ventilation not working in bathroom
The young waitress worked really hard
The evening meal was excellent although being gluten free had to limit my choice to the specials board which gave a choice of 3 main meals that were suitable - that is good! Thought it might be noisy as it is the village pub and we were staying a Saturday night - however it was busy but quiet and we were asleep well before the pub shut!
Nice clean room had a meal in the evening which was good, didn't have to go back out to look for somewhere to eat. Location close to Salisbury where we were visiting the next day.
Liked everything no negative comments
Staff very helpful.
It served its purpose quite adequately
nice quiet stopover on way to southampton cruise. very friendly staff and good food. lovely drive down to cruise in morning through the new forest, lovely to see the wild ponys, all in all a very pleasant experience
A little hard to find but worth the effort.
Room was adequate. Evening meal was very nice, staff friendly.
Room needed refurbishment and a good clean.
Convenient locality to where we wanted to be. Restaurant provided excellent evening meal
Lavatory had clearly not been cleaned properly, faeces stain in pan. Difficulty sleeping because of the noise in the restaurant/bar area until well into the early hours.
Evening bar food excellent. Friendly staff. Dogs welcome. Great location.
Hard pillows. Bathroom could do with some TLC.
The breakfast was fantastic The staff were friendly The room was clean and tidy
Could hear angry chef shouting and swearing from the kitchen! Bathroom a little tired (but clean) Noise from the pub carried quite loudly up to the room
good breakfast, leaving
uncomfortable bed, room was in need of redecoration, very noisy we could hear bar noise also refrigeration noise all night, 6am barrel delivery, our room was directly above the back door. On our first night we didn't arrive until about 8;50pm after a very long journey and by the time we checked in were to late to eat so we thought on our second night we would make sure we were there in good time(before 9 pm) we didn't book as we were off sight seeing but managed to be back and tried to order at 7;45pm but was then informed that no more food orders were being taken and recommended a neighbouring pup or takeaway after we enquire where could we get some food. Stairs up to rooms very narrow.
Breakfast, responsive shower.
Badly creaking floor in room 1, must be disturbing for room 3. No glass for toothbrushing. WiFi in rooms very poor.
Great B&B, lovely food, friendly efficient staff
Bed was very comfortable, breakfast excellent, dinner faultless and a good supply of beers. Very friendly place to stay and would have no hesitation to stay there again. Staff very helpful and friendly.
the food was huge portions !
It just needs a facelift .
Beverley was so friendly and helpful as were the bar staff we had contact with Breakfast was lovely....hot and freshly cooked served in a lovely room
The man called Alan..he did not appear friendly or make us feel welcome. When we came in that night he did not acknowledge us and at breakfast time he also ignored us. Someone said he was the owner or landlord......having worked in the hospitality area I know how vital this is to a business
