Woodfalls Inn  

Staff friendly, food very good, restaurant nice,service good. Being basically a village pub, good atmosphere. Wi Fi okay, car parking easy. Shower adequate, water always hot. Breakfast adequate but overpriced.

Attic room up two flights of narrow stairs. Room extremely small, towel rail fallen off nowhere for toiletries to be placed in en suite. Road noisy, Cricket Club below noisy, Disco. Velux window dark blind needed.

Good quality good priced accommodation with friendly staff. Husband aid best Full English he had ever tasted. Great value for money

When myself and myboyfriend arrived we were earlier than the 2pm check in,we were allowed to check in earlier. The room was nicely decorated and furnisings were very homely. Tea/coffee making facilities available and even topped up the following day. We have a lovely stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The restuarant downstairs served delicious food and was very good for the money we paid.

Staff were friendly, and the food served at the pub was excellent

The room was a little tatty, and in need of decorating. It was also up in the roof space so was impossible for anyone to stand up straight without hitting your head!

Friendly staff helpful staff Great food and well priced too with quick service. Ideal location for The New Forest and Meon Valley Second stay there and will keep on going back.

Location was perfect, room was pretty and clean, facilities were brilliant...e.g. Tea, coffee, biscuits, hot chocolate, hairdryer, toiletries provided. Great for young couple!

Only thing is the early check out of 10am, slightly too early for us :/

Friendly staff, nice room away from the bar so very quiet.

I only had 2 cups of coffee or breakfast on the second day, still got charged £3.50 though.

We stayed for 3 nights. The pub had a good lovely atmosphere and the food was amazing much more than pub food. The rooms were a good size and newly refurbished. Although not in the centre of the new forest we found some excellent walks (the Avon valley walk to wood greean was great) and would highly recommend staying here for good value and good food.

The only critcisum we had was the bed was really hard, but this may have been because it was new and the toilet roll was cheep and hard.

Very friendly atmosphere and helpful staff. Menu well constructed and food extremely tasty and well cooked. Set in beautiful area.

Creaky floorboards in bedroom, although as we stayed in the older part of the building perhaps we should expect this.

Jake made us feel extremley welcome and we had a good old laugh with him, the rooms are quaint and comfortable and clean. The food was lovely see you in May Jake for the Cuckoo Fair!!!!!

Nothing 100% recommend this place

The location was convenient for our purpose. The staff within the resteraunt were very good.

Not impressed with my evening meal although my wife's was OK. Bathroom was not clean and the shower was poor. Although personal preference the bed was like sleeping on the floor. Reception non existant, could not really care less.

This was our second visit to the Woodfalls Inn as we enjoyed it so much the first time!! The staff were as lovely as before and remembered us. The food is excellent and the roast on a Sunday is to die for - huge platefuls, all home cooked (no Aunt Bessies spuds here!!!) I asked for a childs portion as I knew I couldn't eat an adults one and even that was big! But so yummy!! The bedroom was really nice with plenty of tea and coffee and complimentary biccys. We will definitely be booking a stay there again in the new year and would recommend it to anyone wanting a base for visiting the New Forest. (From the hotel its about a 2 minute drive until you're in the Forest and surrounded by the famus New Forest ponies and other wildlife)

Staff were very friendly. No complications. Next time I will book dinner a bit earlier but that was my fault. Very nice place to visit.

Room was above the Kitchen which was very noisy it did get quieter around 11.30ish not a problem if you are happy to stay in the bar till closing but if you go to your room early then you have to put up with the noise.

The staff and facilities were very good, the restaurant was very nice, and good value, the rooms were very nice, and comfortable, The breakfast was lovely and again good value.

The heating was very tempramental and as it was a very cold evening, it was not great, but once sorted it was ok, didnt like the fact that i am an O2 customer and never had any signal all weekend,

Excellent weekend stay at the woodfalls inn. Lovely breakfast and superb steak on our first night.

A lack of seating in the bar area. After having our superb evening meal we wanted to chill and have couple of drinks before bedtime.
