We didn't like the awful Wi-Fi, which kept cutting out or simply not working when my fiancé was trying to finish a report for work, though the hotel did rightly refund the cost of this to us. We also didn't like the fact that, not only was the pool and spa separate (and thereby an additional £10), but the cost was PER VISIT as opposed to for the duration of your stay. Having delved a little deeper into the hotels additional costs and policies, we just felt there were too many unforeseen charges on top of the reasonable cost for the room.
We loved the room itself and the size of the bed. It was immaculate, very classy, and well-decorated. We required a bathroom with disabled access for my fiancé, and we were not disappointed. It was a large, warm, clean wet-room, perfect for easy access to everything. The TV, kettle, mini-fridge, and storage were all very handy and perfect for the room as well.
