Good price and it included breakfast. The food was very good Poor wi-fi reception in room 17 meant I had to sit an on-line teat on my laptop in the bar! The heating was far too hot, turn it down a couple of degrees and you will save money.

We have stayed at this hotel several times as it is near to my parents in Coningsby. Staff are always friendly. The town is lovely and has a few nice places to eat. The hotel is always clean and the price is reasonable. Breakfast is brilliant !! We will stay again.

Restaurant was good and service friendly. The room was not quite. We faced the main high street and was kept awake by the intermttent morning traffic. Room was bland and lighting poor. Big bathroom but uninspiring. Very large tv if you have the opportunity and like watching tv.

My friend and I enjoyed our stay at Woodhall Spa Hotel and would definitely return. The room and bathroom were large and comfortable for a twin and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We did have a slight problem with having no hot water on the morning of our stay but as we were given an apology and immediate discount on the room rate it was not a big deal. There were a few minor decorating issues which could have been addressed and certain areas looked a little tired but overall a lovely stay.

The position of the hotel I stayed at the hotel a number of times last year, was very disserpointed as it seems to have down down hill fast over the last six mounths. No heating on arrival no hot water at all so unable to have shower luke warm water at night shower just a dribble and no heating in the morning.. The carpet in bedroom worn out and dirty overall very poor .Certainly not up to the standard of the high prices charged just like a cheap bed and breakfast and not that clean. I certainly do not intend to stay again when there is so much better available for the price. The breakfast however was quite good.

Courteous and helpful staff, willing to help at any time. Good facilities and very comfortable room and bed. Good breakfast. Public area could have been more tidier - there were empty boxes on the landing. Room (over looking service yard) was quite noisy from air conditioning unit or beer cooler unit in yard when window was open. Some parts of the hotel could do with a little decoration (the blocked up fireplace in the bar looked a little utilitarian).

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and adequate in terms of space and facilities. The food was of good quality - we especially enjoyed the bar meals. Our only concern was that we felt the bed was not only a little small for a double but that it was quite old - a pity, when everything else was quite enjoyable.

Both myself and friends thought hotel ok, with reservations ( no pun intended!) We enjoyrd the food, the evening dinner was excellent. The breakfast was certainly ok as well, and all the staff we met were v. friendly and smiley. The parking was ok for our motorcycles right outside the front door, so we felt at ease , as they have cctv at the front, and a night portery type person whose office was right there as well. the rooms were clean and fresh, but (personally) i did'nt think the bed comfy, and there was a fair bit of banging /noises in the night. The TV in my room was malfunctioning , but I was not overly bothered by that, but some folk would not like that , which is why I mention it. One of my friends tv did,nt work at all, despite speaking to reception ( in person. The Plastic glasses in the bathroom should really be replaced by something better as mine were both cracked, as was my friends in his room. we did get two pint glasses from the bar when mentioned this ! The hotel is in a good location , and we did enjoy our stay. We would mention this hotel to others in a positve light , but would suggest they attend to the minor gripes above. One of my friends said the shower in rm 14 was not working either !

Plasma screens do not make a poorly run Hotel a good one! My suspicions were raised when the Hotel was half empty on a Bank Holiday weekend with two major sporting events in the local area. We would never stay again. In particular, the food was truly awful and the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in!

Nice location, evocative buildings. Good size ensuite. The room was a bit small. The ensuite was overlooked and could do with frosted glass. The TV was difficult to operate. Kitchen smells came up to the room. Other guests were very noisy.

The staff were absolutely great, couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. Everything was clean and in good condition. The location was wonderful. The building is attractive and the gardens are pretty. There is lots to do in the area. The food was nice. The shower in the room was hopeless. Everything else was great.

Ideal to visit the local attractions. We went to Tatteshall Castle and saw the Lanc at East Kirkby airfield. Very interesting and well worth a visit.Town/village Edwardian and red brick lots of woodland to walk round and a great outdoor pool. I also understand that there a golf course near the hotel.Good real ale served in the bar. Bar food reasonable priced and tasty.

The staff on reception were very helpful. The bar area was very chilly and not very welcoming. There was no herbal or fruit tea available at breakfast, which surprised me as I have always been able to have them in basic B/B establishments. There did not appear to be enough staff around. Same people at the bar and reception abd so on.

“I loved the look of this old building, great charm and atmosphere. The staff were extremely polite and helpful.
