Large room Good breakfast Whole hotel clean and tidy Reception staff very helpful and welcoming Price Room slightly tired - but all being updated so should be even better next time. Chip / small mark in bottom of bath, but I expect baths will be replaced in refurbishment?

The most friendliest receptionist I have ever met - she was so lovely and chatty. A real credit to the hotel. The gym equipment was of a very high standard, and all other faciliities oh an equally high standard. Free WiFi, 5 mins drive to the town centre and 5 minutes from major A road Nothing - fantastic hotel.

Staff was very friendly, patient and helpful. Excellent service in the restaurant and reception. Sauna temperature was too low (60 deg) - I know I should have just have someone adjust it for me, but in my honest opinion, it should be possible for the sauna user to do it himself - within a certain, predefined safe temperature range.

Always nice place to stay. Still very poor pillows. Hard as rock or lumpy. 50% of time booking service screws up somewhere with a person of our group "missing".

Breakfast was excellent, bedrooms clean, comfortable and warm (typical British weather!) Our room was set up for one and when we requested a 2nd cup etc the cup was the only thing they did not bring. The staff were extremely kind and helpful.

Facilities The welcome was nice ( E.G. a middle aged blonde woman ) However, the goodbye was extremely 'couldn't care less. Younger staff seemed not to care less - as long as they received my credit card payment. It was shame, as it left a rather bitter taste in my mouth.

The location was handy being close to Stoneleigh Park with easy access to Leaminton Spa. A clean room and warm and freindly staff. Highly recomended. The Complimentary coffee machines were on the too cool side as was that served in the resterant at breakfast.

Food excellent, especially the scrambelled eggs! Loved the sauna and jacqusi. The free hot drinks is a nice touch. Good bar and free snooker table Being really picky, but the sauna isn't hot enough and you can't adjust the temp
