The staff were very helpfil & very polite, the rooms were spacious and very clean, food was excellent. Facilities were also great. The building itself was gracious and housed all the modern necessities whilst maintaining its old world charm. It was further from the town leatherhead than i had expected being an international toutist who needed to be in leatherhead daily this was difficult. |

Very service focussed staff. Comfortable room and excellent facilities, when they worked Bar prices were too expensive, which outprices yourselves for others. TV remote control didn't work. I suggest you have people check the room facilities quickly before you 'let' it. |

Excellent English country hotel where staff were attentive and anxious to please.Lovely grounds. Accomodation more cramped than my last visit but I had a special deal.Vey minor gripe appalling TV control! |

Good business hotel. Good rooms (allthough a little bit small), clean, good bathroom, good services, free internet. No hotel bar with availability for instance to look at the football matches in the evening (need to do this at your room). Limited amount of tv channels |

Good parking, good room well fitted and in good order. Excellent decorations and general ambience. Staff were very helpful. Our particular room was near double doors to corridor and you could hear them open and close in the early morning when guests were leaving. |

The staff are friendly and helpful. I obtained a reasonable rate for my recent stay. Often this hotel is too expensive for me to stay here. I am a freelance consultant and I need to make sure my accomodation costs are reasonable. |

De algehele indruk / de mooie ligging/ prachtige victoriaanse lobby, kortom een echt engels landhuis. Vriendelijk personeel Het cardkeysysteem functioneerde niet. Dit probleem was bekend bij personeel maar kon tijdens ns verblijf niet verholpen worden. Kamer naast lift die lawaai maakte. Op vrijdag, zaterdag/avond/nacht, waren er party's en deelnemers daaraan maakte tot vroeg in de ochtend herrie op de gangen en smeten met de deuren. Voor de zesde keer in succesie was de tv ontvangst niet goed (bbc2) radiokanalen pet! |
