Excellent stay, the main building is used for Weddings and functions as well as housing the main restaurant and bar. The Parson's Nose pub was really good and we used this for meals and drinks - the chicken fajitas were perfect with three tortillas and all the condiments (good enough for two at only £5.50). The accomodation was in a separate modern block, but right next to the main building, the en-suite room was excellent with luxury towels and toiletries, the block also had an indoor heated pool, sauna and gym. The grounds were well kept and had a pitch and putt green - I would definitely stay again.

It was the location which was the attraction. I have used it before, and will be back in the future Over the sunday evening there was a party (Wedding?) and the noise, whilst not deafening was ever present. Not a complaint, but it was the worst aspect of the stay

We liked the friendly nature of all the staff - in every area. The hotel had a very relaxed ambience and the food was very nice. It was ideally situated for Warwick Castle, which was our main reason for our stay. We thought it was good value for money - bed, breakfast (which was fabulous) and evening meal. Our only disappointment was our 'family' room. This was far too small for a family of 4 - there weren't even any drawers for storage - the z beds were very uncomfortable and filled the room making it impossible to manouevre. The television was also in an arkward place - you could not see properly from the main bed in the room. The room size and dated decor was a shame as this would probably deter us from staying as a family again.

We stopped here for a night on our way up to the Lake District. We chose this hotel for its location, value, facilities and the fact that its restaurant is accredited by The Vegetarian Society. The staff were frinedly and helpful, the grounds/surroundings very pretty, facilities and food were excellent and the room was stylish and comfortable. Our one night stay ended up being the beginning of our mini-break instead of just a stop over and we really enjoyed our experience there. We would recommend this hotel to anyone and stay again.

The staff were very proffesional and friendly, very difficult to achieve. The breakfast was excellant, Although we did not eat there on the evening the prices seemed very reasonable with a varied selection of food and some nice wines available as well. The TV could have been better with more Freeview channels tuned. The plastic cups in the bathroom - tacky. My wife and I like a nightcap in our room, thank goodness we had bought acouple of glasses with us. I would also think that disabled people may have problems accessing some of the rooms. However, this is a nice hotel and well worth a visit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel, one of our highlights were the rabbits all around the grounds, and the wildlife were wonderful. It was brilliant value for money, staff were all lovely and the location was perfect for what we wanted, just a little break away with peace and tranquility. We could not of asked for a better experience and we will be coming back to you many many times again. If we had one issue it would of been the channels on the television wasn't enough when we were just chilling out in our room.

We liked our room view , we enjoyed the ffod in the bar the friendly bar staff. We loved the breakfast and the conservatory. The staff were excellent and could not do enough for me and my family. The food was delicious from breakfast to the evening meal. The bar was very relaxing. It was in an ideal location to visit Leamington Spa, Stratford upon Avon. The only issue was the pool which was to cold, this did not stop my children going in but did myself.

We had a very relaxed and enjoyable stay and will be returning again soon. Very convenient for Stratford-on-avon, Leamington Spa or big cities like Coventry and Birmingham. The 9 hole golf course that was mentioned on the web site is only a small pitch & putt, didnt need to take the golf bag out of the car.

The reception, restaurant and bar staff were great. The family had a lovely time in the pool which we had to ourselves. One of our party forgot shorts and the hotel were kind enough to lend some. The kids enjoyed the WIi room. We would love to go back in warmer weather to enjoy the outdoor facilities.

We had our Christmas party at the hotel and stayed over. The food was absolutely fabulous, loads of lovely vegetables with our meal. Between out table of 13 we all tried everything on the menu and no one was disappointed. We will definately recommend the hotel to friends and colleagues. Nothing - it is a lovely hotel.

“We enjoyed a warm welcome from the very friendly staff ,which always adds to your stay. The building was wonderful, just the right mix of old and new ! The late afternoon meal of ,fish and chips was good but the ;"Full English Breakfast" really did it for me.The location was perfect and so atmospheric too;also near to so many places to visit.Sadly we were not able to stay more than one night but we do plan to arrange another visit to ,Old Mill Inn.” John, Stoke-on- |
