Great place, few facilities but not needed. Rooms great, clean and Relaxing. Loved it. Fab for families amazing value.
location was great, very cheap excellent value ! staff helpful good evening meal
The peacefulness (it was Winter time so would probably not be quite so peaceful in summer :) ). Lovely scenery nearby.
Bit cramped for space at Breakfast.
Friendly welcome to a surprisingly good accomodation. We expected basic but found the facilities exceeded this. Our choice for Evening meal was perfectly cooked, a rack of lamb at a very reasonable price. Around the hotel were lovely examples of local photography.
Rooms very good, clean hotel close to Wells and in a great area.
nothing we did not like.
It was quiet
Clean room, excellent value
room was a bit chilly
Cleanliness of hotel and friendliness of reception staff member
Room a bit cold in the night. Think heater switched itself off.
Spacious room spotlessly clean.
Great price, comfy bed
It was a goodles nights accommodation, had a peaceful nights sleep and all of the staff was very polite and friendly. Many thanks.
Actually wasn't anything, it was alike good and I noreally have to write something to be satisfied!
Amazing value at £30 for a double room. Great location for a walk.
We heard that the restaurant wasn't too good for evening meal so went to the pub opposite which was excellent.
Location is excellent. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was very large and had fantastic shower.
Spacious, quiet room with desk and comfortable seating. Wifi in bedroom and plenty of power sockets. Great shower.
Blinking red lights on the smoke alarm over the bed in the night!
Bed just bit hard
No communication between reception staff and kitchen. Booked a table for dinner only to be told when we arrived that they had run out of food.
It's been 40 years since I last went to Wookey Hole and from the moment I arrived till the moment I left the magic of the place still gripped me still from when I was a little boy
There is nothing to dislike no matter what age you are
location, vlue for money, size of room, nearby atractions
Immaculately clean with very comfortable beds. The lady on the front desk was very welcoming and smiley and that got our stay off to a good start. I fed this back to her.
Value for money Great free WiFi Clean Good size room Plenty of room for the 4 of us
Food was average but over priced Bed was very short Service in restaurant was poor - very difficult to attract staff's attention
No room service and carpets in room could do with more cleaning . Side tables had sticky surface.
My grandchildren love staying here, this was our third visit
Staff in the restaurant didn't seem to know what they were doing.
food and comfortable room.
Cleanliness friendy staff, good disabled access, very child friendly... Close to Wells town centre etc
We were give Room 36 it is directly opposite the stairway and lift access, so is extremly noisy especially children screaming, stamping and chasing each other up and down the stairs and corridor. The restaurant has a very limited menu, high prices and mediocre food.
