Friendly staff, excellent food, value for money and beautifully furnished and comfortable accomodation. Also dog-friendly - a big plus for us. a peaceful and relaxing country inn, but only 10 minutes drive from Canterbury. Have stayed there for many years and will continue to do so. Nothing

The shower had a very powerful jet to it. The hotel was oldey worldey and the bar had a great log fire. We also loved the food during our stay. The staff were very helpful in many ways during our stay.. The price was very good for what we got. It was very good in terms of value for money... The clock out time was a little early and the clock in time was to late.

As a family of 5, it is hard to get one room, but Woolpack has that option and it was a very comfortable amount of space. The food and service were excellent. The village of Chilham is adorable and very centrally located for visiting Kent.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Rooms, although small, were comfy, cozy, and clean. Attached to a pub, I expected the rooms to be be somewhat noisy- but it was very quiet and peaceful. The restaurant, pub, and outdoor eating area were lovely. The location (village of Chilham) was great for a weekend getaway. If you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway, this is your place. The heat was on in the rooms although it was a warm weekend- in room temperature control would be nice. Also, my room overlooked the pub and outdoor eating area which are brightly lit- a blackout curtain would be good. These weren't major issues for me, I had a lovely stay.
