Worth House  

The sincere welcome from Guido and Maria and excellent quality of service. Our room was comfortable and very well presented. Worth House overall is quite small and does not have a guest lounge, but it is convenient (15 - 20 min walk) for Cambridge city centre and reasonably priced. We were glad to have stayed and would recommend it very readily as short break or stopover accommodation.

A warm welcome at the door of Worth House that was spotlesssly clean throughout,our room was so very spacious with a super comfortable superking size bed and large bathroom/shower,lots of fluffy towels and toiletries.Well stocked hospitality tray and armchairs to sit and enjoy the view of the garden beyond through the French window sipping a cup of tea.We even had a table and chairs to sit out on the patio.Guido and Maria our hosts were so very friendly and constantly helpful in every way, always a smile,they couldn't do enough for all their guests who came from all corners of the globe,lots of lovely chatter in the pretty dining room between guests helped along by Guido's sense of fun at breakfast as the atmosphere was so relaxing and the food delicious,all freshly made and of a very high quality and choice. The position of Worth House is spot on too, leave your car in their carpark and walk approx. 100 yards to the bus stop and in under 5 minutes your in the centre of beautiful Cambridge,or as we did walk for a few minutes on the flat and drop down the steps to the River Cam and a lovely walk beside the water, again into town or the other way along by the College Boathouses and watch the students practice their rowing skills.A Perfect visit in every way.

Guido and Maria are a fantastic couple. They really know how to manage a B&B. We had a great time there. Comfort, clean spaces and a wonderful breakfast are just few of the words to describe that B&B

From the first moment we stepped into the Worth House we were made to feel really welcome. Room was lovely, breakfast fab and location was good.

Staff was very friendly and hospitable. Clean facilities and nice breakfast.

When we arrived, there was nobody there to greet us. We were locked out and had to use the phone next door to contact the staff. -We arrived later than we had anticipated as our flight was delayed and there was a traffic jam. This was not their fault but we were tired and cold and did not have access to a mobile device.

The hosts are fantastic, very friendly with a cheeky smile and comments - lovely people. The room was perfect, beautifully clean and spacious and well presented. If I go back to Cambridge I definitely want to stay there again.

Lovely people, wonderful breakfast.~

Everything! We had booked one room for 4 people, but since they had another room free, we were placed in two separate rooms, so the children could sleep earlier and the parents didn't have to find somewhere else. Perfect. The breakfast was fantastic, hand prepared and really good quality. We're missing it still. Great hosts, great rooms and awesome service.

It was a long walk from the train station - but we knew that.
