The staff were lovely.

Staff were very friendly, bar area good

Rooms looking little tired, needs upgrading to reflect pricing but they know hotels in Scunthorpe are limited.

The hotel was old and in bad condition (especially the bath room). The price was much too igh for that standard. I would never book that again.

Cold water tap was just a trickle and that made the shower very hot.

The weather was cold, and I was put into one of their apartments. Room service was no problem, and the food was good. The staff are very friendly, which makes a real difference after a long train journey to Scunthorpe

we where upgraded to a luxurious suite on arrival,which was a lovely gesture.Great breakfasts with friendly,polite staff.Are stay for two nights was perfect,a really lovely weekend,thanks to all staff for all they did to make are stay so enjoyable!

The restaurant was expensive and clinical. The shower would not switch off and there was no shampoo.

A good location for our particular visit.

A bit noisy due to Christmas parties, but we were forewarned to be fair.

I mistakenly booked wrong day ,they waved the cost of my "No show"and were able to book me in again on correct day, very good of them.

the room was very good , clean and tidy . we were only there for a party. and would not have booked otherwise. a bit expensive for us.

I liked staying at the hotel has it was very friendly however it was a wedding we was attending there and if we had booked with the hotel it would of been £15 cheaper, so this was disappointing.

the staff were freindly and helpful, the room was comfortable.

the shower didnt work very well and was quite difficult to get going, then difficult to stop, you had to slam the bedroom door to shut it properly.

Accommodation excellent, spacious and comfortable. Staff extremely friendly and helpfull. Occasion was a family wedding - we all had really good day and evening, food, staff etc all very good.

Used the hotel for a regimental reunion, in a nice quiet area, user friendly staff and the rooms were very comfortable

Room was spacious and comfortable even with the sofa bed made up for our son. Staff friendly and breakfast was very good.

£15 for breakfast for a child was quoted which seemed very expensive, especially as our son (age 4) only had a small box of cereal,milk and a small glass of juice but we were not charged this in the end,so can't complain. (Breakfast included in the room price for adults).

The location as you can just walk into the town. Also, was able to book in early giving the hotel notice of arrival.

Stayed there a couple of times before and the rooms were nice but this time the room we had was not good - dated.

Above all else was the friendliness and co-operation of all the staff and one of the hands-on owners. Nothing was too much effort and the hotel coped brilliantly with a luncheon club of 130 ladies which was my audience after lunch. Well done.
