It was located close to Polhawn, where I was attending a wedding. Staff were helpful and friendly. I was able to take my dog and, in good weather, the walk to the coast was easy and beautiful. Parking was easy and the coiuntryside around lovely. I arrived during a storm-strong wind and heavy rain and in those conditions I did wonder what I had let myself in for- the approach lane is narrow and quite steep, the car park a little way from the house, so it was not ideal weather in which to arrive. Once the storm lessened, everything seemed much brighter and I enjoyed my stay.
