Lovely friendly couple who couldn't do enough for you. Highly recommended B&B in a lovely part of the world. Stay here, not a chain hotel. Breakfast outstanding.
Accommodation great food great Lee and wife amazing great location.
There was nothing not to like. Great location, very good food, value for money and excellent hosts.
Friendliness and good cheer from our hosts; fabulous food (especially the home-cooked dinner); comfort of the room.
The wifi didn't reach our room at the top of the hotel.
Great hosts. Amazing evening meals available. Lovely old house. Very comfortable room.
One of those last second bookings when you decide to stay for the night rather than drive home, and we couldn't have been more fortunate. The home and room is impeccable and the welcome is just as impressive. A 20 minute welcome walk into Tenby or a lovely pub 5 mins walk. We'll be back.
Having little to complain about! - Alright, the WiFi in the room was intermittent, but if I'm being honest, didn't even know there was free WiFi when I booked.
The room was very clean, the breakfast was great and the owners were friendly and helpful.
Book to have one of Lee and Mherley's multi-course Dinners - restaurant quality at B&B prices! Lovely big rooms, clean and comfortable, in a delightfully retro house which retains many of it's original features - the lobby is beautiful.
For a small establishment the accommodation standards were very high and everthing was spotlessly clean. The owners very friendly and helpful, food and service were exceptional. One of the best places we have stayed in. Hope to return again in the future.
Nothing to dislike.
Lee is a warm host. Comfortable house with a very good breakfast. Can walk to Tenby from the house.
We had a wonderful welcome, the room had everything we needed There fabulous smells coming from the kitchen in the evening and again over breakfast, which was also amazing, it was perfect for our short weekend break.
There was nothing to dislike!
Fascinating house and a very warm and friendly welcome. Excellent choices for breakfast and a delicious full English!
Our room was quite small with an en-suite WC and wash basin and shared bathroom. Not a problem as we knew this in advance but we would like to return and book a larger room next time. Mattress was a little soft for my back but with so many pillows I was able to organise adequate support.
Great location. Friendly welcome and yummy breakfast.
Very nice place good breakfast in
No bathroom on suite down a flight of stairs
Location, room and breakfast where first rate. A place to relax and enjoy. Close by to Tenby and easy to get to.
Owners friendly and helpful Convenient location:close to Tenby Quiet with a lovely garden Attention to detail at breakfast: presentation, food and service all excellent Comfy bed in a cosy room Homemade Welsh cakes appreciated
Would have liked a shower cubicle in the shared bathroom, or at least a shower screen to use with the shower hose attached to the mixer tap. Wifi signal patchy and frustratingly difficult to use at times
We were upgraded to a four poster room with balcony which was a nice surprise Lovely welcome from Lee with home made cakes .Room was comfortable and nice and clean .Lee was very helpful when we asked anything (directions etc) My husband had the full English breakfast and voted it the best he has ever had I had scrambled egg which was delicious We thoroughly recommend the Whychwood and we will go again Tenby was a short walk away and there is lots I would like to see which we never had time Caldey island and St Catherines island for example and lots more walking .
The optional evening meal was of Restaurant quality and excellent value too! Friendly owners, comfy rooms, handy for Tenby. Lovely walks nearby.

Lee was fantastic, great to talk to, helpful and made us feel at home. Excellent breakfast.
my partner and I arrived at Wychwood House as Lee was arriving back from shopping,he was smiling and waving and he didn't even know who we were!!,straight away we felt comfortable,he welcomed us in,spoke to us with real interest. We entered the beautiful gardens, then into the house that was full of charm and character much like the owners personality,I was competing in Iron Man Wales much like most of the guests staying there,i went out Saturday and returned to find Lee and a young French Triathlete and his wife baking cakes in the kitchen,my home is your home is what sprang to mind, this is how you are made to feel, then on Sunday morning Lee got up at 5 a.m to make us all breakfast, it isn't a business is like a second home, will be returning again soon without a doubt.
the location, lee&his wife are excellent hosts could not do enough for you.food was superb.comfortable&clean,a home from home.
