Small cosy, friendly and comfortable. The hosts are lovely and the bed was the most comfortably of any hotel bed we have ever slept in. Room lovely as was the food. Beautiful location.
Nothing negative at all!
Location, room, food, service all excellent, nothing too much trouble - Will be staying again !
Little extra touches like chocolate and biscuits in room. Food lovely great atmosphere- great stay thank you.
We were given a small apartment which meant plenty of space.
Well located for walking holiday near to Wye Valley walk and Offas Dyke path staff very friendly and helpful and food very good would definitely go again.
The owners sue and barry were very welcoming and friendly. The room was comfortable and met our needs. Tea and coffee provided in room with home made biscuits! We had a good evening meal and excellent breakfast the next morning. Tintern is a great place to visit and we would stay at wye valley hotel again very happily.
We were happy with our stay, just be warned that the hotel is the other end of the village from the abbey and we found it took us about 15 mins to walk there. But this was not a problem for us at all.
Great location on road side but not noisy. Breakfast excellent choice - we had kippers! Owners could not be more helpful.

A little tired looking, TV and general furniture could do with a bit of an upgrade, although nothing was poor.
Nothing to mention.
Located in the countryside, nice place for making a hike, excellent vegetarian dishes and breakfast, warm atmosphere, friendly staff.
Great food served in the restaurant.
the staff were friendly and the food was excellent
A couple of shelves in the bathroom would be useful and I much prefer a duvet to sheets / blanket.
