The staff were friendly & efficient in this very comfortable B&B, the 4-poster double bed was excellent with lovely fluffy towels & tea/coffee facilities the choice & quality of breakfast the following morning was first class - we will visit again.

Kath was so welcoming. Tea or coffee on arrival and she drove us to Bamburgh castle so that we could visit before closing time - amazing. We had an excellent 2 night stay. The breakfasts were delicious and plentiful. The room was spacious and very comfortable.

The lady was very friendly and made us most welcome. We asked to put a bottle of champagne in the fridge and when we took it out she'd put in in a cold sleeve and given us 2 glasses. The breakfast was superb with a wide selection to chose from and we will definitely be returning next year with our young children.

Very clean with friendly staff who really seemed to care. Only B+B I have used tah actually provided a fridge for residents use.

I booked Wyndgrove for one night as I could not extend the stay at our previous hotel. We got a great deal being a late booking but it is well worth the rack-rate! We had a very friendly welcome with tea and lovely homemade biscuits served in the lounge. The room (twin) was of reasonable size for a short stay, being very quiet set at the rear of the house, with comfortable beds. The room and ensuite were very clean with everything in full working order. Sufficient storage for a long stay - although we did not unpack. Tea tray with more biscuits! Just a 10 min walk to the harbour location was very good. Easy to find and good parking. Seahouses is great location for visiting along the NE Coast. We awarded the breakfast 11/10 - the choice was the best we've had, the quality was excellent, my friend opting for an omellette and myself the eggs benedict. Both dishes very tasty, served fresh and hot. The bread was also handcut baker's bread - I've often found a good breakfast let down by the cheap ready sliced bread normally served. We would highly recommend this establishment and will be booking again. We also recommend Pinnacles Fish & Chips near the harbour - best ever and very friendly and welcoming. Looking forward to going back to Seahouses soon.

Decor

A really friendly welcome and consistent service of a high standard. Rooms clean and comfortable with all you need. Great location in a lovely seaside town ideal for exploring the area. Good information from the owner on local sites of interest.

We booked last min for 1 night, we enjoyed our stay. It's only a 10 min walk to the beach.and nice pubs to eat and have a drink. Excelent breakfast at Wyngrove house and staff are very nice.

We were given a very warm welcome by the owner on arrival and shown directly to our room which was very spacious indeed.We had paid half price for a standard room but were given a free upgrade to a four poster, double aspect room with everything you could want,including a large screen television After a very comfortable night sleep we had a simply superb breakfast. Excellent!

The friendlyness of the staff. Comfortable room and bed. Excellent food, nice walm welcome on arrival and in the evening after a days touring.

We were not too keen on the macinator toilet disposal in the bathroom, but that did not cause too much of a problem.

Rooms were large & clean. Breakfast was fabulous with lots of choice, even choices of eggs benedict & scrambled egg with smoked salmon!! :-)

Booked at the last minute, our twin room request was accommodated. This B&B was spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and a delicious breakfast! The homemade biscuits on the tea tray were much appreciated.
