Wyndham Grand London Chelsea HarbourChelsea Harbour, Chelsea, SW10 0XG London (Show map) Excellent, Score from 276 reviews“The location was the best part of this hotel for us on this trip. Close to the West End, beautiful restaurants and quite close to the Westfield Shopping Centre. Travelling too with a young child the rooms were very spacious and allowed you your own privacy too. ”

From our arrival at the Wyndham and until our departure 4 days later, I can only describe this hotel as fantastic, after being away from home for two months; we definitely left the best til last. The check in process was a breeze, I especially liked the check in receptionist showing us to our suite and explaining everything to us. The suite itself was terrific, and the bed was oh so comfortable, the formal living area and its appointed furniture was spot on, the coffee machine was also great. Our view of the Marina was fabulous; I would definitely recommend the Marina view. The bathroom was well appointed with first class amenities, the toiletries supplied were what you would expect from a hotel of this class. All in all, a very enjoyable stay at the Wyndham. Would I stay here again, most definitely? There is nothing I didn't like about the Wyndham itself; the only thing that might put guests off from staying at this hotel is its location, which however didn't put us off. The Wyndham is approximately a 5 minute brisk walk to the Kings Road, taxis not needed, from there you can get a number 22 bus that will take you all the way along the Kings Road to Sloane Square, and then on to Piccadilly Circus, cost of this great bus ride is 2 Pounds and 40 Pence. Or, and even greater bus ride, get a number 11 bus, again it will take you to Sloane Square, through to Victoria, up to the Houses of Parliament, through Trafalgar Square and down the Strand to Liverpool Street Station, much cheaper than those tour buses, again, 2 Pounds and 40 Pence, that's about $3.75. On Sunday morning, take the number 11 bus to Liverpool St Station, just around the corner is Petticoat Lane Market.

Fantastic in every aspect, for those who are not happy about location you can get on the overground train a short walk from hotel then 1 stop and you can access the London underground.

Twin room suite, balcony. Direct Overground line to the Wiestfield - biggest shopping center. This hotel is better for bussiness stay that for city trips. It's far from Underground station. No cafes and restorans around. Internet in the room cost 15 pounds per day.

The view from my room My room was not cleaned after the first night, the cleaning people were disturbing me all the time despite the "no disturb" on the door. The location is too far from underground, from city center. Eventually, it is a shame to pay 24 GBP for internet in the room...is it a five star hotel ??? I cannot accept to do so, they should include the basic service in the rate...a shame !

I've seen some bellyaching about this hotel 'not' being a 5-star place. That would infer shabbiness. It's hardly shabby! Lovely place, location and wonderful staff - 4-stars is indeed more representative, but it's nothing that can't be taken care of quickly to jump up a star. Just a couple of very minor tweaks (slight marks on the service hatches in the room), but beyond those really nothing.

We had a fab stay at the Wyndham, it was our 30th wedding anniversary. We had a lovely view over the harbour. The hotel rooms were very clean and comfortable. We had our breakfast in our hotel room which made our stay seem extra special. I would recommend the Wyndham to my friends and family.

Good quality and spacious (for London) suites, able to take extra child for no extra cost. Good array of toiletries supplied. The hotel is situated too far from the centre (if you need this criteria), E.G. it took us almost an hour (with 2 lots of public transport) to get to Piccadilly. The breakfast was very expensive at £24 each.

Very luxurious hotel with all suite-rooms. Notice that view of Thames is only possible from 4th floor and above, when Marina View is choosen. Up to 4th floor view of Chelsea Harbour is possible, which is nice. Balcony rooms are very rare in London, which I liked a lot. It is very convenient located if you are going to Earls Court, only one stop with London Overground. Get off at West Brompton, closer to Earls Court than Earls Court tube station! Excellent helpful staff!! Overall 8,5 out of 10. One reason for me to choose this hotel was pool-facility. However the pool area was not as high standard as the rest of the hotel.

We booked the hotel for our wedding and it was excellent. The staff and service were fabulous and the hotel met all of our expectations. To get this size of room and this quality of hotel in London was excellent value and I would certainly visit again.

The size of the room for the money was great value. It was much bigger than I expected and had 2 tv's (one in the lounge and one in the bedroom. There were two washrooms so this would be ideal if you needed to stay at the hotel to get ready to attend an event the next day i.e. a wedding, etc. The bed was comfartable and the room had a full range of facilities. The decor in the rooms was outdated and some of the furniture did need to be refurbished. The room was perfectly clean, however new furniture and fittings would make the room top class.
