It is undergoing a facelift so will obviously look better after that but the suite was a very good size and good value for money. Staff were very polite and helpful. Chelsea Harbour is a bit out of the way - surrounding streets a bit tatty in places but that is not the fault of the hotel! Hotel needs the facelift it is getting. |

Rooms are modern, spacious and clean and a separate lounge is great Beware!!! Had stayed there before and the biggest attraction was the bar & terrace overlooking the harbour hence reason we booked again but the bar & terrace are closed as is the health club. If we'd known this we would not have stayed there. The prior warning from Booking.Com on this point is hidden away and is not immediately obvious |

The room was very spacious and clean, and consierge provided us with precious information every time we were heading out. Good breakfast. Shame that the hotel and surroundings were under heavy construction work, spent a fortune on taxi's during the weekend as other means of transportation was disrupted due to roadworks. Also would like to have been informed about the hotel renovation as spa area and main restaurant was closed. If I had known I would have chosen to stay at another hotel. |

Visited Central London and the various attractions including Buckingham Palace, The Eye etc and we toured around on a Bus. We also went to the Dominion Theater for an evenings entertainment. Too far from the Center. I was under the impression it was close to Buckingham Palace and other attractions, it was not - Everything was a fair taxi ride away, which in fairness is my fault from looking at Google Maps and thinking it was close. Not knowing London that well, I took the information of Booking.com at face value. |

Very comfortable and well appointed room, with excellent sound insulation. Well designed accommodation with thoughtful touches. Good breakfasts and attentive staff at penthouse level. I was unable to use the pool areas and enjoy the marina views from the main reception areas, because of the on going refurbishment works - the extent of closure I was unaware of. Look forward to seeing the new facilities during my next stay. |

I enjoyed the location overlooking the Thames and it's proximity to Chelsea. The rooms are also very good in most respects. The ongoing refurbishments disrupted most of the public areas and prevented me from assessing the hotel properly. |

The room was very nice. Lots! I booked what was described as "the ultimate luxury hotel experience" on your web site - a hotel that offers a full range of leisure facilities including "Sauna, Fitness Centre, Solarium, Spa & Wellness Centre, Massage, Turkish/Steam Bath, Indoor Swimming Pool". There was no mention that they hotel is undergoing extensive refurbishment and none of those facilities are available. We were checked into a room with two single beds (rather than a double/harbour view), and waited quite a time while the hotel attempted to sort things out. Eventually we were downgraded! To but left to stand in the 4th floor corridore for a further 20mins while the correct key was found. We needed a drink when we could eventually relax ...but no cork scre |

The staff were well trained, helpful and friendly. The room was very stylish and the bed was the most comfortable that I have ever slept in. Building work outside so I could not sit by the harbour and sip cocktails. |

Location All round, and given the star rating and cost, in my honest opinion the Hotel represented poor value for money. Some examples, tiles cracked in bathroom entrance, faulty lift twice rejecting my key leaving me waiting for assitance (nb it was not user error). £3 for teabags, no kettle just a coffee machine. Refurbishment meant the bar and terrace, why the place was recomended to me, was disspointing. I was aware of the refurb (hammering and drilling) but not the scale of its impact. |
