The location was nice, rooms were lovely, and staff friendly and helpful. Stunning views of harbour and London skyline - depending on which room you were in.

This hotel is too far away from the west end and also some distance from any good quality restaurants and bars. No night life around this hotel at all - so needed to take a taxi which was expensive. Didn't like the milk in the room - wasn't sure that carton of milk in the mini bar was chargeable (not clear) and only powdered milk in the courtesy box, which was horrible.The mini bar prices were astronomical! Didn't use it.

The Hotel was superb. Very clean, fantastic rooms. Harbour location very good.

Booked third bed for child, thro Booking.com, hotel said they had no record of such. also had my bill and other room bill put under my room door. Did not get the paper I ordered.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The rooms were fabulous and so spacious for London.

Location overlooking the Chelsea Harbour Marina. Excellent service, food, spa and swimming pool. Lovely to walk along the Thames Path. Shops in Kings Road.

The hotel staff were fantastic and the hotel in general was perfect for location for to get anywhere by train to the local sights within central London.

The price of the breakfast costs were expensive as I had young children with me on a weekend break. I had just returned home from a tour in Iraq and did want to treat my children and my wife to a great and memorable weekend but I decided to have breakfast at another location due to the cost. It's sad that a breakfast does cost £23 pp at such a beautiful hotel. If the cost were cheaper for guests, I would have eaten there, rather than going else where to dine out.

The complimentary coffee could not be served because of broken coffee machine at room and there was no spare.

A beautiful hotel in a wonderful location. Walking along the Thames was relaxing and joyful. The rooms were spacious, modern and full of amenities. We really enjoyed our stay.

I believe that Internet access and breakfast should be included in the price that we pay for the room.

I enjoyed my birthday cake, a nice unexpected touch. Lovely room and we were escorted to the room which was very nice.

Impressive check in and foyer area.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and tilted backwards. I was misinformed about the price of breakfast and I missed out on the breakfast bar as it was not explained that it was included in the price.

Food was great and lovely suite with great harbour view.

Not impressed with the spa. I had an appointment and the therapist didn't turn up!!

Stayed here before, love it! Great service, helpful staff, good location. Excellent breakfast. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.....

We got charged £27 for the minibar when we didn't even open it!

Service was first class from the moment we arrived. Everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel. We will be back.

Staff were extremely professional and helpful. We had a suite on the 7th floor overlooking the river with great views and the marina. This break was a birthday treat for my girlfriend and although the hotel was not aware of this till we arrived they had a birthday desert cake sent to our room when we settled in with compliments. The food here was fantastic and we would defiantly come here again

Mini bar costs were a bit silly. Mars bar £2 and can of coke £3.50 Carpark charged around £40 a day and although we realised this is usual for London there is a lcp secured car park 10 min walk away charging only £25 a day
