From our arrival at the Wyndham and until our departure 4 days later, I can only describe this hotel as fantastic, after being away from home for two months; we definitely left the best til last. The check in process was a breeze, I especially liked the check in receptionist showing us to our suite and explaining everything to us. The suite itself was terrific, and the bed was oh so comfortable, the formal living area and its appointed furniture was spot on, the coffee machine was also great. Our view of the Marina was fabulous; I would definitely recommend the Marina view. The bathroom was well appointed with first class amenities, the toiletries supplied were what you would expect from a hotel of this class. All in all, a very enjoyable stay at the Wyndham. Would I stay here again, most definitely? There is nothing I didn't like about the Wyndham itself; the only thing that might put guests off from staying at this hotel is its location, which however didn't put us off. The Wyndham is approximately a 5 minute brisk walk to the Kings Road, taxis not needed, from there you can get a number 22 bus that will take you all the way along the Kings Road to Sloane Square, and then on to Piccadilly Circus, cost of this great bus ride is 2 Pounds and 40 Pence. Or, and even greater bus ride, get a number 11 bus, again it will take you to Sloane Square, through to Victoria, up to the Houses of Parliament, through Trafalgar Square and down the Strand to Liverpool Street Station, much cheaper than those tour buses, again, 2 Pounds and 40 Pence, that's about $3.75. On Sunday morning, take the number 11 bus to Liverpool St Station, just around the corner is Petticoat Lane Market.

The Wyndham has the best shower I have ever had in a hotel. It also has a most comfortable restaurant overlooking the marina, serving an excellent, if pricey, breakfast. The front desk staff were excellent. The location is not for those who want to take frequent breaks back at the hotel while "doing". It is, however, a 5-minute walk to 1) the c3 bus to Earl's Court, 2) the London Overground, a new line which connects with the Underground at West Brompton, and 3) King's Road, with its interesting shops and restaurants (and busses). Breakfast prices.

We loved the room and view it was a great way to start our married life. We're even planning for our 1st anniversary for next year There wasn't anything in particular we didn't like, However the quality of TV and reception of channels wasn't great. The picture wasn't HD and it didn't match the quality of the hotel. That was disappointing

The location is OK during off-peak hours as either bus services or taxi take you to London in reasonable time and price! During peak hours it is a different (much more expensive) and stressful experience. Hotel staff were not helpful when we tried to change euros to GBP at reception as there was no cashpoint nearby.

The suites are spacious, well appointed and clean. The balcony was sufficient size for a couple to relax comfortably, I suggest a suite that overlooks the marina. Breakfast was not included in the rate and at GBP 23 per head is the same price as a decent Sunday brunch in Asia, However we tried one morning and were not disappointed, it was good. Cost aside it seems that the food is good, sufficiently so that Chelsea FC were eating there before their game with Newcastle. There is also an on-site spa which unfortunately we didn't have the time to try. if you're looking for a quiet, secluded location with pleasant views and a waterfront aspect - then the Wyndham is ideal. Otherwise it is 'remote'. Imperial Wharf tube is less than 5 mins walk away and that gets you onto the public transport system. If you're more inclined to take taxis then its GBP 20+ to the West End, We spent a small fortune on taxis. Apart from one bar / resto (again about 5 mins walk away) there is absolutely nothing else in the area, not even a convenience store. I was fine with the location, it just didn't agree with my 'city girl' missus,

The hotel was modern, clean, excellent staff. Our only complaint would be with the food. We ordered room service and my spinach was gritty, so obviously it hadn't been cleaned properly. My wife found a hair in her ground beef burger.

Warm & helpful staff. Perfect room service breakfast and exceptionally comfortable room. Quiet too which is essential for a good night's sleep in the city! If I had to say anything negative, there are few passing cabs so it took 30 minutes for one to arrive.

We enjoyed our stay enormously and the staff could not have been more hospitable. Our room (516) was very well proportioned and the pillows were really comfortable! Our only concern was that we asked for The Sunday Mail and received the Telegraph - half of which was not there. We will certainly be booking again.

all the staff were excellent the food was outstanding - compliments to the chef the earl grey creme brulee was amazing I know the hotel was full however the staff and service were so efficient that you felt only a few people were staying really silly but the cups in the room were ridiculously small and there was no teaspoon so we had to stir the tea with the bottle opener having powdered milk was a little unpleasant would expect proper milk

Staff were superb - especially the lady who checked me in on Thursday evening; she took the trouble to reregister me when she discovered my room didn't have the best view. The hotel facilities were great for interviewing potential staff, which is why I was in London. It gave a very favourable impression. The actual location and view over the harbour is difficult to better.
