La qualité de l'établissement et le confort proposés étaient d'un excellent niveau. Nous avons réellement pû bénéficier d'un rapport qualité- prix remarquable. Suites spacieuses et très bien équipées, personnel très professionnel, trés beau buffet de petit-déjeuner,quartier calme, belle vue sur le petit port de Chelsea... |

Excellent niveau de prestation, resto de l'hotel cher (normal 5 étoiles)mais il y a un resto super sympa à 2mn à pieds de l'hôtel. La chambre était immense, 2 écrans plasma, chaine hifi bref le top. A mon avis bon plan pour avoir du luxe à londres à petit prix !!! Le personnel de l'hôtel ne fait aucun effort pour parler français et parle un anglais rapide....l'hôtel est un peu exentré par rapport au centre ville (10 mn de bus, ligne 22 vers Picadilly circus) mais franchement ce n'est pas insurmontable. L'arrêt de bus est à 5mn à pieds et en face de l'hôtel. |

Location All round, and given the star rating and cost, in my honest opinion the Hotel represented poor value for money. Some examples, tiles cracked in bathroom entrance, faulty lift twice rejecting my key leaving me waiting for assitance (nb it was not user error). £3 for teabags, no kettle just a coffee machine. Refurbishment meant the bar and terrace, why the place was recomended to me, was disspointing. I was aware of the refurb (hammering and drilling) but not the scale of its impact. |

The standard of the accommodation, although the mayhem outside was disapointing as we had to go the long way round with our luggage and the porter did not attempt to help. We normally stay in the Wardolf in convent garden. We spent a small fortune on taxi's getting to the West End. Although recommended we would make a visitor aware of the not entirely convenient location. |

Very luxurious suite with lovely balcony and great views. Staff very helpful and efficient. I would like to have been warned that there was considerable building work going on,which caused considerable noise during the day and unsightly scaffolding. |

It was excellent in every way, most especially the friendly and helpful staff. We found the bath plug slightly difficult, had to hold it down as the bath started to fill, as the water pressure kept forcing it open! |

I love the fact that it is an all suite hotel. Fabulous service at breakfast - wheat free option provided and excellent customer service. Fabulous that complementary wine was provided as a regular visitor. |

Very friendly pleasant staff. Tea making facilities in room Large TV's Smoking choice available. Was not told in advance that only bar food was available. Spoiled the trip. Was looking forward to an evening meal for 2 as we were having a celebration. the bar food was apoor substitute for restaurant dining. |

Quiet with a pleasant view & enjoyed a lovely walk on the Embankment the following morning. It was further to walk than we had expected to find shops and bars/restaurants. |

The hotel was too far away from the city centre with over 1 mile of a walk to the nearest tube station so the only option was to spend over £30 per day on taxis there and back. |

very good hotel with large comfortable suites, the breakfast was included and was very good, i realy like the suite and the bathroom and the shower was fabiolus transportation to airport was expensive and the metro was too much for a man with more than one pice of luggage, the hotel also fare from attraction area and the metro station was far from the hotel, thier was a construction goinig on in the hotel, so it was almost impossable to sleep in the morning but was not an issue for me as i used to wake up early |
