Good stuff, Quit stay
The suite was lovely and the view was amazing. All the staff were excellent.Nothing was too much trouble.Food was perfect.
I did have some problems with the coffee machine.Would have been nice to have a choice of instant coffee.
The location is stunning. Very quiet by the river with amazing views. For a 5* hotel in London it is very good value.
Everything about this hotel great location for the football friendly staff Rooms were spacious and clean
Great value 5-start hotel.
Location by river Pool Doormen helpful Really nice suite with rain shower Free wifi Nice attention to detail in room, turned down beds, gowns, toiletries etc Good checkout times Great gallery nearby and useful tesco express
The reception staff were not very friendly or helpful except for the lady on reception in the spa who was brilliant. Room smelt of smoke Breakfast expensive
The hotel was very lovely and the decorations for Xmas great a very warm feeling. Each of us commented on the comfortable beds and lovely rooms. We had a memorable visit to Chelsea Harbour hotel and will visit again. A cot was provided free of charge in which our Grandchild slept the whole night through. Her Mum and Dad were very happy with the child friendly comfortable suite.
Room was spacious and the bed very comfortable.
breakfast very over priced.
Good swimming pool. Nice bar with views of small harbour. Large room with lounge area. Great location for the kings road.
Underground a bit of a walk away.
Size of suite was excellent and bed really comfortable. We ate at the hotel restaurant which was fabulous.
Only complaint was I had arranged to see the Corporate Sales Mgr on my arrival - as he had contacted me to get Chelsea Harbour on the preferred supplier list for BAE Systems - I sorted this out for him and was told we would meet for drinks and canapés. On checking in I was told the corporate sales mgr had left hotel- the checking in staff should have raised this to the sales mgr as, having read reviews from clients , people had drinks given to them for late arrivals or whatever, as I had provided a corporate lead I had expected to meet the corporate sales mgr or the staff to at least advise hotel mgt as it was marked up - it was only advised on checking out and I feel this was remiss of the staff who checked me out and poor corporate sales policy.
Nice hotel; friendly service; nice people.
A bit far out and hard to find.
Room was dirty and dusty
View of the harbour and balcony. Room was spacious and well equipped
Nice hotel, spacious room and lovely outlook over the harbour.
Very expensive bar and room service. Location would have been okay but both local tube stations were closed. Would have been useful to have been informed of this at time of booking as it's an ongoing process each weekend.
excellent breakfast, good swimming pool and sauna, comfortable and spacious room, good room service friendly staff
The room was fantastic and such good value. Breakfast was also very good.
quiet place very organised friendly staff room balcony
this is our second time staying in this hotel. this time, to visit family who lives nearby. we leave before noon and come back late hours. we always stop by the bar because that's the only place that's open for food and drinks. the supervisor and the staff are beyond accommodating, friendly and professional. my hubby wanted a "dirty" martini and since they didn't have olive juice, the superv went to kitchen to accommodate his request. one night, we ordered food but, we were so tired that after ordering, we didn't feel like eating there. the bar staff offered to bring to our room when it's ready. also, i have to mention the restaurant staff. we had our breakfast one day with 6 adults and a baby and they set up a table that could fit all of us including the baby. they're all friendly and they smile when they served the food/drinks. we felt comfortable and our guests as well.
the front desk woman who checked us in was very unfriendly and didn't even smile. i asked her for a firm mattress as per my special request during booking since i have a bad back and she outright "lied" that housekeeping put a "special" stuff under the mattress to make it firm. went up to the room, no such thing done. also, she didn't mention the hours of restaurant nor the room service menus. she was in a hurry to rid us.
Perfect and very friendly stuff at the check in counter
Management and staff excellent, fantastic room with great attention to detail. Had a lovely stay. Thank you. Deputy MAnager very helpful. Would recommend highly.
restaurant staff were not knowledgable and did not notice that they had not offered us bread with our dinner
The management of the hotel had a card, a bottle of wine and a dessert in our room for my wife, whose 40th birthday occurred during our stay. The staff were friendly and efficient. We will certainly be back again.
Would recommend this hotel 100 %
-Location BUT ONLY IF room with harbor view. Not really worth the price of a suite otherwise, to my opinion. -Gym, pool and spa facility. -Size of suite -Friendliness of concierge
-Always something missing in breakfast order in room. -Had to upgrade for more quietness when specifically asked for a quiet room when booking -Room was still not made on the last day at 4pm -Not a great value for money overall
We loved the fact that the rooms are suites, with a lounge area that we could relax in and not have to sit on a bed to be comfortable. The space available was fantastic for London and we felt very comfortable. There was a Super-King, bed so it was just like home. We struggle to sleep in a standard double bed now. Fantastic hotel with really lovely staff, who couldn't do enough for you, two fantastic guys in the restaurant the night we dined in. Would definitely go back as well as recommend as long as you realise you're not in 'central' London.
I don't know London well and didn't realise that this wasn't as central as I thought. You definitely need a taxi to get anywhere and it was always just under £30 as the train options from Imperial Wharf are not great and you need about 3 changes to get to the likes of Oxford Street.
