Location overlooking the Chelsea Harbour Marina. Excellent service, food, spa and swimming pool. Lovely to walk along the Thames Path. Shops in Kings Road. This doesn't apply.

A beautiful hotel in a wonderful location. Walking along the Thames was relaxing and joyful. The rooms were spacious, modern and full of amenities. We really enjoyed our stay. I believe that Internet access and breakfast should be included in the price that we pay for the room.

I enjoyed my birthday cake, a nice unexpected touch. Lovely room and we were escorted to the room which was very nice. Price of mini bar no kettle no biscuits for our morning tea

Impressive check in and foyer area. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and tilted backwards. I was misinformed about the price of breakfast and I missed out on the breakfast bar as it was not explained that it was included in the price.

Staff were extremely professional and helpful. We had a suite on the 7th floor overlooking the river with great views and the marina. This break was a birthday treat for my girlfriend and although the hotel was not aware of this till we arrived they had a birthday desert cake sent to our room when we settled in with compliments. The food here was fantastic and we would defiantly come here again Mini bar costs were a bit silly. Mars bar £2 and can of coke £3.50 Carpark charged around £40 a day and although we realised this is usual for London there is a lcp secured car park 10 min walk away charging only £25 a day

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Hotel setting was a quiet and beautiful respite while still convenient to central London. Suite was lovely and was a great alternative while traveling with a family.Fitness center and spa were excellent.

The quiet calm atmosphere and the very comfortable surroundings. Everyone made you feel welcome and special We had a river view suite. the view of the river was disappointing because it could not be viewed from the rooms. we could only get to see it by standing at one end of the balcony. We had a good view of Chelsea Harbour and if I had realised the river view was only available from the balcony I wouldn't have paid the extra for the river view.

The situation, although slightly out of the main through fare to central London. The bell staff/visavis car valet service The rooms and views The slowness of the staff and inattentiveness in the bar and restaurant area. On a Sunday afternoon, when there were few people in the bar/restaurant area, it took 20 minutes to even be acknowledged and then another 20 minutes before an order was taken. The staff were surly, unpleasant and made us all uncomfortable and we should have been treated so much better.
