Room small but clean, toilets/shower very clean, excellent breakfast included, nice staff. All over a good quality/price combination. Toilets were not in the room (this was not mentioned in the reservation). |

I got biten whilst asleep, which is very rare for me. The windows were not double glazed, which in central London is key. There was no ensuite toilet, although a shower / sink. |

This hotel is very well located, close to Baker St and a few bus stops/underground stops away from main entertainment venues. The hotel staff was helpful and kind. I had to leave rather early in the morning, so they prepared my breakfast to suit my schedule. Thanks for that! I didn't like that the bathroom was not ensuite |

For a basic b&b it provided everything that was necessary for a short stay. Staff were helpful. Breakfast plentiful. I would stay again. Thiness if walls - we needed an early night because of appointment next day - woke up by people in next room laughing talking etc |

Our stay was a pleasant experience. We have stayed several times and each time we have liked the very pleasant and helpful staff. The hotel is very clean, comfortable and warm. Breakfast very good and effecient service. Wehave stayed several times now and if we had found any problems we would not have returned. |
