Very helpful staff. Assisted me with transport options & gave great directions. Also helped with getting luggage upstairs. Great location for what I needed. Great value for money. Was a great place to stay once I found it, as I misread the map! Good choice of breakfast. Small room in general but good for solo traveller like me. No toilet in the room but close by. Double doors to enter the room. I had to keep both doors open to get luggage out.

The staff were very friendly, accommodating and offer prompt service. Good location, short walk to Marylebone station and Baker Station. Excellent value for money for a clean room in a convenient location, Good wifi reception, complimentary fruit, coffee and tea in the room. Only grouse could be the drainage in the shower was a bit slow, so water tends to accumulate. There's no lifts, so you should ask for a room on the lower floors if you are not keen on climbing up 3 floors to your room.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The room was small but was ideal for a single traveler. The fact that the toilet was outside room did not bother me. The toilet was at disposal for three rooms and was kept very clean anyway. Shower is in the room. Choice of english or continental breakfast. Great location, 300 m from marylebone tube station and 500 m from baker street tube station. The hotel is situated in a quiet side road, 10 minutes walk to oxford street (shopping area). The breakfast room is small and there are only 4 tables so it could be that you have to wait for your turn sometimes. For people who don't like to walk up and down the stairs it could be a little steep. This was absolutely not a problem for me.

a dinky little geogian london house, very clean and quiet (for London) with a good breakfast. If you need a lot of spac its not good, and the staircase is narrow. we thought it was good value, would go again.

The hotel is clean and is in a very central area near two railway stations and a number of bus stops from where one can reach other areas of London The hotel does not have lift facilities and this makes it very inaccessible. There is no real tv service in the hotel and no wifi.

Excellent family hotel, located in a quite area between two wonderful parks, the Hyde park, and the Regents part with zoo and huge population of birds (you can also hire a boat there), and in just 10 minutes walk distance from Baker street and Sherlock Holmse museum, and not far from St Pancras and Euston rail stations. Nice rooms, good English breakfast. The hotel is a good starting point to any of your day in London.

It is a nice hotel, clean rooms and friendly helpful staff. Common areas are clean too. It is very close to easybus pick up and drop-off points. You could even walk to Oxford Street from Bkaer street in ten minutes. Just that the rooms have wooden flooring underneath the carpets, so you hear late coming upper storey guests of the hotel while you are sleeping.

Location and WIFI are very well. Staff helped a lot issues except one issue that I lost my credit card in London that they are not responsible but they didn't ask How can help you :( However, shower is very narrow, reception is close after 10.00 PM.........I lost my credit card in London that they are not responsible but they didn't ask How can help you :( For example; to try contact with embassy like this because of bank holiday I couldn't contact embassy. They could find an alternative contact method but they didn't ask. This holiday was so hard holiday for me because of with limited cash.

Room clean and tidy, tea coffee facilites were fine and a mini fridge with general snacks available. Staff were helpful and polite although the availblity was somewhat erratic. The nearness to the tube was, in my case, a bonus and if I was going to a simalar function I would use the hotel again. I would have liked an early morning call facility that could have been used before 07:00am as the one on the phone system did not work. All in all a pleasant stay.

As a solo 19 year old female traveller, the Wyndham Hotel b&b couldn't have been more perfect for my stay. The staff were so kind and helpful, great breakfast too, room cleaned everyday. They even carried my heavy bags up the stairs for me. The room was so clean, tidy and surprisingly modern. The location was great, very nice area, safe, and close to train stations, parks and short walk to Oxford Street. It really made my time in London that extra bit special. I would highly recommend this family run b&b to anyone, especially to girls who need a safe place to stay :)

Very well located to Marlybone tube station and bus access. Clean, comfortable room, a bit small for 2 people but adequate. Shared toilet in hallway was never a problem for me and always accessible. Good restaurants and pubs nearby. No AC for summertime guests but there was a big fan in the room (I stayed in March so it wasn't needed). Excellent breakfast cooked every day by very friendly staff. The only issue for me was the television cable which was inoperable so there was poor to no reception on the TV. If I had wanted it replaced I would have asked, since I didn't need to use the television I didn't bother.

The manager was great - very polite and helpful, made no fuss when I turned up to check in early, helped with luggage. The hotel is in a very quiet location for London, rooms are cosy, even bathrobes are provided. I think it is inappropriate not to reflect absence of toilets in rooms by the inkeepers themselves on their website and description of the hotel/rooms, even though I was aware of that from previous guests' reviews.

It was clean and in a good location. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were not forewarned about the number of stairs- there were eight flights of steps between the bedroom and dining area. As we are both seniors it would have been helpful to have this information on the website. Also for any future senior/infirm users. We discovered on the first morning that the temperature of the shower could not be controlled, neither was there a plug in the handbasin to enable us to have a wash instread!! We were offered a shower in another bedroom where the shower head was loose and had to be hand held. The management need to attend to this important type of detail before guests arrive. The shower was repaired for the second morning of our stay.
