My room was spotless and very comfortable. It was quiet. Fantastic breakfast. Really friendly owners.

Room is a bit small and shower is small and wash basin is small !,but this price level you get good quality room. I can not say I did not like ,I do prefer a bit more space ! Thanks

We liked the availability of parking. The house was very charming, as was the Hostess. The breakfast was very good.

Having to deal with the stairs was a problem.

Our second visit to Wynnstay house. Andy and Tracy were great hosts and an excellent stay alround. I really have nothing but praise for the experience.Great breakfast and locatioon to explore harrogate.

It was immaculate from the front gate all the way in. Everything looked pristine. We were well attended. Our room was very comfortable. Towels were changed regularly and breakfast from an extensive menu was well cooked

We had a wedding and staff were very accommodating to getting the room ready on time. The room was fabulous with a beautiful bay window. Worth staying for the breakfast..

Bathroom a bit tiny and shower was tempermental.

Comfortable, period house. Spacious rooms, convenient parking (permit onstreet). Very helpful hosts. Attractive period wood furniture. Excellent breakfast. Easy walking distance from restaurants and city centre.

No bath, smallish shower, tricky to regulate.

Andy and Tracy were extremely welcoming and helpful. The room was nicely furnished and the bed very comfortable. But best of all, the breakfasts were scrumptious!! We tried nearly all the options offered and were never disappointed. Location was also excellent, being close to the conference centre, city centre and bus/train station.

I was contacted before I arrived so that the owners could make sure there was someone there. My room was very large and comfortable and had a sofa. There were excellent tea and coffee facilities. The house is situated within easy walking distance of the city centre. I was impressed by the choice on the breakfast menu. Overall a pleasant place to stay with a warm welcome.

The breakfasts were amazing both in choice and quality with lots of attention to detail. The owners made me feel very welcome and the b&b has a great comfortable atmosphere. The bedroom was a good size and the facilities exceeded my expectations.
