Nice and clean hotel,staff friendly,close to tubestation.

The hotel was beautiful inside and out, friendly staff, just wish we stayed for more days to experience the hotel and its facilities properly.

The only minor problem was room service-we didn't get exactly what we ordered.

A little bit far for tourists and more expensive for underground because it is in the zone 3.

The staff is really good. I appreciated a lot the people working in the stucture, from the restaurant to the bar, from the reception to the services. Moreover the hotel is new and modern style.

The heating the first night was not functioning. The breakfast is a little bit poor...

everything was perfect

The staff were very accomodating and answered all our qualms immediately. The room was also lovely, and my request for flowers upon arrival was met with a fantastic bouquet.

The only issue, which couldn't be helped, was the location. Perhaps a 40 minute journey into the city centre is a bit of a long one for a mini break to London. Perhaps some sort of shuttle to the tube station could be created?

The hotel enjoys a central location, is very clean and smartly presented with very comfortable rooms. It was quiet and meant that a good nights' sleep could be had.

I would have liked the option of brighter lighting in the room.

The hot water in the bathroom not hot, and the bathroom had no heating and was cold.

Lovely and helpful staff, nice design, comfortable rooms, convenient location - easy to reach Ealing Broadway station. Overall great hotel. Would definitely recommend.

the breakfast is good but need to have more choices the people work at restaurant they are kind and helpful

very clean, lots to do near by. very friendly, a really enjoyed it here. a group of friends in it early 20s e doing it very enjoyable!! 20 mins or so to central London on the tube

style and design of hotel, i have stayed in some of the best hotels in the world, and i can say the staff were brilliant, top marks!

though i was i the top floor, which was 5th floor, i can still hear noise pollution, drunk people,car/lorry's noise ect..

Friendly. Lovely decor and very clean. Nice attention to design.

No parking facility. Unfortunately the heating didn't work in our room so we were very Cold. Staff tried to sort it out but it needed an engineer. It wasn't anyone's fault but I couldn't increase my review ratings due to this and the fact that staff forgot to deliver breakfast as requested. Minor problems. Would still recommend .

This is a new and ambitious venture, considering that it is a boutique hotel in Ealing. But Ealing Broadway is only a 3 minute walk, giving access to the Central Line, one of the fastest and most useful tube lines. And the street Xanadu is on is rather charming. The hotel design is good and the restaurant/bar excellent. But what makes it stand is the very sweet and eager to please service, a rarity in London.

Great rooms excellent breakfast and central location

Got a complementary upgrade to a suite, excellent! Close to our event venue (PM House & Gallary). Also close to Ealing Broadway tube/train station.

No parking space.

Reception staff very friendly and helpful, especially the Hungarian young man.

Bed uncomfortable. No ordinary coffee in room. No fridge in room. No Internet facility to print things.

It's up to the minute yet calming decor; helpful, friendly and well- informed staff; lovely bedding; double shower space; interesting evening menu; liked the 3 wine tasting for £8; convenient to walk out around Ealing. Was lucky to park outside hotel on the street at 6pm v- meter only needed for 30 minutes & then after 10.30 am on Sunday morning which worked well for checking out.

Seating area is limited on faces right on to street; no shower caps in en-suite; parking on street - side site available as part of hotel, but dis-allowed by council! Very disappointed with Booking.com paperwork which stated I'd booked a double room for 2 people with breakfast only to be charged an additional £10 by the hotel for the second breakfast since it was not part of my reservation through booking.com?? Surely a refund is due...

It is new and everything was in 1st class condition

It location, not the best for Central London
