Doorman was a real person Treated me with respect
Hotel ok Staff that checked me in looked down at me.
Very nice hotel. Staff very helpful. Room was clean and facilities good. 5 minutes walk from Earls Court
For the money we paid the room was small
Small room and small double bed
Hotel was very smart with good facilities
Room was tiny, we were expecting a small room after reading reviews, but the bed was up against the wall. I would expect to at least be able to walk around the bed in a hotel of this level.
Really helpful staff, great place to stay whilst in London.
Very friendly staff. Lovely bathroom. Smart hotel.
Room rather small, and breakfast highly priced.
Super friendly staff, high quality overall, big supermarket next door, five minutes walking distance to the tube.
Breakfast is pretty expensive, the hotel is located at a busy street. Hence, there's a little bit of street noise - even when staying on the top floor.
Thoughtful attention to detail. Helpful friendly staff.
My wife doesn't like lifts and we invariably ask for a low floor and use the stairs. We did have a second floor bedroom - 10/10 for that - but - there was a locked door between the bottom of the staircase and reception area. I needed to use the lift to then ask for the door to be opened.
The staff were great and the general layout of this small boutique hotel was fabulous. Loved the location walking distance to V & A, Natural History Museum as ell as famous Knightsbridge shops.
In the Classic room there is not even space for 1 suitcase, too small room for 300 Euros a night.
You can really feel the interest they have in the client. They are doing their best. Although my room was incredibly small, I felt well there. Whatever I needed, I got with compliments, a service also checked my room during the day (if everyhing is alright). I truly loved this attitude. Free and fast wi-fi, L´Occitane toileteries, docking station, european plug, complimenary water, stylish design, even a voucher for my next trip as a thank. Nice view (5th floor).Wonderful staff - receptionists and doormen especially. Big Sainsbury supermaket next to the hotel, 5 minutes to the tube station, good and nice location.
Very small room - desk literally next to my bed, so I could hardly squeeze inbetween with a chair (which was uncomfortable - without backrest). Price quite high for such a small room wihout meal option No fridge or minibar (need to store my medicaments in the reception) Smell of mold coming either from bahroom or from its ventilaion Noisy AC Service forgot twice to brin me what I requested (but rectified promptly on request)
Location, close to Earls Court tube station, Natural History Museum and Hyde Park.
Room on the small side with nowhere to stow even small items of luggage. Service charges added automatically to items charged to room - including breakfast.
breakfast / restaurant is mediocre, despite michelin chef etc..
We loved this hotel and all it's extra little perks. It was my birthday weekend and we had been upgraded to an executive room with a fresh fruit display left for us with a birthday wish when we got back later on in the day. After returning from our evening out we were left with little treats by our bed and the bed covers and pillows all laid down ready for us to get straight in. It was a lovely hotel with lovely staff. Highly recommend!
The bathroom was a little small, but the rain shower made up for it!!
Super location, great staff value for what you get. Free Internet.
Very friendly staff. Lovely comfortable room.
The headboard had a thick layer of dust on top.
second stay here, I think this is such a great London bolt hole
room is a little cramped
The bedroom was small but had everything within it and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming
everything was great, clean, comfortable and good location, would definitely return and recommend..
water pressure in shower, pillows
Good location, helpful staff and very clean room and bath.
Room is small for two, especially the cupboard.
The room and the bathroom are quiet small. The carpet and the the drapes were unclean.
everything is perfect.
the room is too small.
When we arrived at the hotel, the doorman was always out front to welcome us back and carry our bags inside. The reception staff was friendly and gave us a warm welcome upon check-in. The entire hotel was decorated in a tasteful manner and I appreciated the L'Occataine products in the bathroom. I also enjoyed the meringues left by our pillows as part of the turndown service. Location-wise, it was perfectly situated between Gloucster Road station and Earle's Court, so easy access to 3 different tube lines. Having Sainsbury and Starbucks next door was also handy
The room was a tad small for 2 people but you couldn't expect much more in London for the price. My only disappointment was that the hotel advertised Nespresso machines but the 'classic' (or cheapest room) only had Nescafe.
friendly staff, modern and clean accomadation, good food and well located for South Kensinsington/Earls Court area.
Had twin room at the front. The downside was really quite small so not much room to move about . Fine for one night but would become annoying if stayed longer.
