Yarm Luxury Serviced Apartments  

Great location, next to High Street and river, parking easy, apartment was very clean and well-equipped. We loved it. It was also very quiet. Good value too. Staff helpful and friendly. Intend to return. Recommend.

Only a very few faults, hardly worth mentioning but, if resolved, apartment would be perfect. Several lights in kitchen ceiling needed replacing and bedding was a little bit torn and marked.

Great location and everything as described. Recommended.

good space, near town, next to a pub but quiet

it took 3 hrs to get into the apartment as I didnt get the email telling us where to get the keys from, which turned out to be a restaurant in town and then even though we'd booked a 2 bedroom with ensuite apt , we were given a cottage which we couldnt find, so after being on the phone to complain we were finally told that some body would meet us there to give us an apt, this then didn't have the en suite or the breakfast pack,we were all quite hacked off at this point and had to complain again so that another member of staff had to come up from the restaurant again to let us in to the apt that we booked in the first place, amazing!!.

Excellent location at end of Yarm High St close to shops and restaurants. Modern and spacious 2 bed apartments with ensuite and good TV & satelitte facilities.

Original apartment allocated hadn't been cleaned/changed so was moved to another one with no problem after a few phone calls (plus courtesy bottle of wine). Kitchen is fitted/modern but no utensils other than can opener and knives, forks etc provided so couldn't even open my free bottle of wine! A lot of the fixtures e.g external door handles are of low standard and bedroom furnishings are spartan with no curtains, only blinds. No checkin or assistance on site, all handled via staff at nearby restaurant.Not really suitable for extended stays

No spare loo roll! 'Welcome pack' a bit lacking

Spacious & comfortable. 2 en suite bathrooms. Large kitchen Extensive tv system. Location. WiFi. Parking. Tea, coffee & cereal provided.

Not enough wardrobe and drawer space. Only one coathanger. No kitchen utensils or tea towels, oven gloves etc. No bottle opener/corkscrew. No guest information folder or guest comments book. No milk provided on arrival

Good location. Plenty of room. Decent tele including a full Sky package. Free wireless. Ease of check in and check out.

Bed was a bit soft.

Fantastic place, no faults wot so ever, idealy close to all amenities,, can't wait to go back,, just like home from home, I would definite ly recommend these apartments to friends and family, well worth the price ,, had a fabulous time, staff/owners are so friendly and will help you promptly , I asked 4 a iron and a brand new one was there waiting for me,just a little txt and they will help you as much as poss,, thanx 4 a brilliant stay ,,

The location was excellent. Set next to a lovely pub and 5 minute walk from the beautiful market town, it was perfect after a long drive from London. The apartment was also lovely and quiet, clean and cosy.

A couple of things were broken eg the door bell and a mirror not hung but these things didn't spoil our stay

No Cups for a coffee Not been informed of what time to leave and then the cleaners turning up

Loved the location, just outside of bustle of very busy town area. Apartment was clean and a great size, after staying in cramped hotel rooms.

No soap or milk, coffee and oj in apartment as advertised. A bit disappointing after having to pick up the key at a different location and looking forward to relaxing with a nice cup of coffee. We had to go out again and pick up these things at the local supermarket. The advertised WiFi did not work. The owner did not respond to our inquiry about the lack of these items.

There was no welcome breakfast pack. No complimentary toiletries. No cups or mugs. Couldn't have a cup of tea or coffee.

The owner of the apartment/cottage was extremely friendly and flexible. Beautiful cottage in an ideal location!

Prix très raisonnable - ce qui a sauvé la note en "rapport qualité prix" car sinon le mot "Luxe" était trompeur en dépit du potentiel de l'appartement

Appartement flambant neuf - mais très mal fini : aucun crochet dans la petite chambre, lames de parquet mal posées en cuisine, lampadaire en salon avec deux ampoules manquantes et qui faisait une bruit assourdissant, siège WC mal posé,.... De plus aucune information sur le code d'accès au bâtiment dans le courriel reçu avant l'arrivée et code WiFi fourni erronée.

Fantastic Location, just off the high street, apartment was very comfy and we will defiantly return.

The one bedroom apartment wasn't available which we required therefore we had to pay extra to stay in the 2 bedroom apartment.
