We like everything about staying at Ye old Ferrie inn.
Steep stairs to bedrooms.

Jamie the wonderful host and his super team of staff once again made us feel extremely welcome. room & its facilities all very very good with terrific views over the river from the bedroom window. breakfast and evening meals super duper. great selection of ales wine and spirits at the bar. cant wait for our next visit. many thanks from Gordon & Jean
Plug points not in good position for kettle etc., butit,s a 15th century inn. Anyone can stay in a plastic hotel!
Good food, great choice of real ales and ciders. Great river view. Friendly staff. There is lots to do nearby, but you will need a car.
No frills, but clean and comfortable. The tiny staircase was tricky with a suitcase
Quiet and relaxing venue.
Just a little difficult to find when you don't know the area but no reflection at all on the place itself
the room, the view and the food!!
Duvet too small for double bed.
Very friendly and helpful staff and view of river from windows.

Hospitality fantastic , all staff were so helpful and friendly , food was exceptional , thank you Jamie and all your wonderful staff for a superb relaxing break .
Nothing to dislike
Unfortunately, both inside and out, there was a sense of neglect about the place. It was all a little tired. Food was decidedly average pub fare. However, it seems like extensive refurbishment is about to take place.
Situated on the lovely River Wye with some wonderful walks available immediately adjacent to the Inn. Good views from our room which was very clean and comfortable. Some good ales at the bar. The staff, seemingly all in their early twenties, were polite and attentive.
we were last guests before a months shut down for some refurbishments and alterations...looking forward to returning so I can rate everything as excellent!
staff were really excellent and attentive, food was really well cooked and presented. Super breakfast.
Steps to main door are narrow and difficult to negotiate when carrying cases particularly for elderly. Tender loving care needed in some instances.
Old world charm together with superb peaceful location and excellent staff attitude. 1st class food. Good Car parking facilities
Our party of five adults and two children a good stay here. We were well looked after by friendly staff and well fed at breakfast and dinner. Cosy bedrooms and inviting bar with log fires
Location, comfortable bed and excellent breakfast
Decor is a little tired, could do with updating at some stage, but clean and dry, so not really a complaint
Very helpful staff - relaxed and easy going - nice comfy bed - great views along the river - good for walking nearby - great breakfast (didn't have evening meal so can't comment on food generally) - lovely log fire in lounge area
Welcoming staff, roaring log fire in the bar lounge and the breaktast.
Really friendly polite staff. Clean and tidy room and en suite.
