Easy to find, access and parking.Comfortable clean room. Pleasant staff. A good welcome, with a good late lunch on arrival.

No fruit at breakfast, I usually eat fruit and yogurt at home. But we did not request it - just ate the egg and bacon - which we couldn't fault.

The staff were very freindly and helpful and the food was excellent, good sized portions and delicious. The breakfast was amazing.

The bedroom we stayed in was quite compact.

I cannot fault my stay at the inn. The very friendly staff couldn't do enough for myself and my friend especially when they allowed us to swap to a different room because i wanted a shower!! The food was divine and i'm still wondering what the secret is to the salad dressing:) I thank them for all their hospitality and will return in the near future.

maybe more variety of breakfast cereals could be available, that and different kind of milks for lactose or other intollerances.

Rooms in need of renovation, very dated and tatty, although seemed nice and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Not somewhere I would go to treat myself, but did the job as an overnight stay. Breakfast was nice.

there was nothing not to like

It did what it said on the tin as they say - affordable and practical, bedrooms were clean and big enough for the purpose. No bath but Great shower in my room (all rooms were different). It was ideally situated in Ruthin. If you're looking for somewhere posh then look elsewhere, this has a great rustic feel to it, staff were friendly and the breakfast was nice.

The Receptionist Staff were very helpful.

The hotel carpark was a bit or a nightmare, but we managed to park by the road.

Set in beautiful old village in welsh countryside,this traditional style pub has good food and beer. The owner was very helpful and it had secure parking for motorcycles.

The room was a bit cosy but adequate and comfortable.

It was a convenient place to stay at as we had a celebration held at Denbigh. Would stay there again. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the food was very good. Staff were polite and friendly.

Although the bedroom was very clean, it was on the small size. We didn't mind that, it was the3/4 size bed! Another 12" would have made a difference

The location was goof

The room was very dated, the room was very smelly. Possibly damp from having carpet in the shower room!

comfortable, clean and friendly. An old property brought upto date with all required mod cons. Good choice of meals well prepared and excellent value for money.Hotel in good location for visiting the town and local places of interest.

the main evening meal was very good but

the puddings and coffee were very poor, it looked like the coffee machine hadn't been switched on for months. there was flies in our room and we all had flie bites on our legs after a nights stay.

every thing was what we expected for the price

A good location with only a short walk to the town centre. Friendly staff and good food.

The room was clean, but quite small e.g., tiny wardrobe, small tele, small, uncomfortable bed. If I stayed here again I would want a bigger room.
