The room was charming and comfortable. The view was amazing. The room had a newly double glazed bay window which made the room very cozy. I will definately stay again. I would have like some fruit at breakfast.

The staff were very friendly and the room was luxurious. The decor was a bit dated but a modernisation program was starting as we left.

It had a convenient location and superb views to the front. The breakfast was very poor quality, the live rock band cabaret from the pub was very noisy in the bedrooms and having a bedroom at the side above the bin area, we were also kept awake by the smokers, effing and jeffing, then when we thought everything was ok, the bar staff decided to empty all the empty bottles from behind the bar into a skip underneath our window at 12.30 in the morning. Ideal hotel / pub for insomniacs.

Very friendly staff, & the breakfasts were outstanding.AAA 5*****. Extremely cold in the two double rooms that we booked. We bought a fan heater for the second night that kept us a little warmer.

The staff were helpful and friendly and the food was well priced and good, The 'owner' Jane was sour faced and rather offputting and sharp in manner. Certainly not the ideal 'mine host'. However, her staff more than made up for her attitude and were a pleasure to meet.

The Breakfast was nice The deluxe double was small. The views were fantastic but unfortunatley due to a condensation problem we were unable to see it from the room. The room was very cold and the heating only come on for about an hour in the evening. It was a bit intimidating coming through the bar to get to the hotel section of thi inn as there were a lot of young people in there. The owner was not very freindly either.

It was noticably very clean and didn't smell like an old pub (which it is). The staff were very friendly and made us welcome. It is in an ideal location for what is something of an often overlooked area with views out across Morcambe bay. A good breakfast too. The wafer thin pillows!
