Perfect little gem of a hotel. Great Location and just around the corner from the Sea. Always kept spotlessly clean with lovely complimentary toiletries. As a returning guest I feel I am always given that extra bit of attention which feels great! So enjoyed my winter break, the hotel was warm and cosy quiet and pleasant to be in. I look forward to my return!
This is a owner run hotel and it shows in the attention to detail. My budget was limited and compared to other hotels in the area, this was terrific value for money. Whilst basic, it was clean and had everything I needed. I would recommend it without reservation. The bar area is super and I was surprised by the most beautiful gardens at the back of the hotel.
I can't really fault this hotel for the price, for under £30 for this room I thought it was super value.
This hotel is superbly run and extremely comfortable. The staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgable about the area. The room was immaculate and the bed comfortable - I slept very well and woke to a good hot shower and an excellent breakfast - superb! I will return.
That I didn't stay longer
Especially liked the Breakfast.....cooked to order and all local produce used.
Bed Room just above the part DJ, we had to move to another hotel
Close to sea front
No thermostatic control on radiator making room too hot. was told to open the window to cool it, bed very lumpy, at the price expected much better
lovely friendly hotel great breakfast good location
Quiet, comfortable, good breakfast, friendly staff.
Staff were lovely and the hotel very clean. Was a nice hotel :) and a last minute emergency booking. Thank you Andrea and Donna.
The beds were of a poor standard resulting in disturbed sleep. The shower was not hot enough at 7am.
We arrived late and Sam on the desk could not have been more accommodating and cheerful. On the second night we had had a really long day out sightseeing and didn't really want to go out again for food. Luckily for us Caroline on the reception said we could order in Chinese and she sorted our crockery and cutlery for us so that we could eat in the bar !! Lovely rooms and great staff!!!! !!!
Very friendly staff, and brilliant location for the beach. Lovely room, massive bed & very comfy.
very close to sea front all in working .
we had a bees nest in garage roof so could not open bathroom window ,do report this and they were sorting out nest
This is a dog friendly hotel, managed by friendly staff. It was very clean and comfortable, had a relaxing stay and would go there again.
My twin room was a good size, the teas and coffee's were well stocked, the shower was strong and hot, it was clean and the domedtic staff were very obliging. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. All in all, a great hotel, that met my needs, which were to rest and recharge.
Very friendly Gave us some great information about the best places to go in bournemouth
Quiet location but convenient for both beach and town centre, beautiful gardens
Really lovely staff, nothing was too much trouble. I transferred from the Queens which was awful on every level, the Yenton was a million times better and half the price. Beautiful gardens and rooms very well furnished, very clean, big fluffy towels, comfy bed, decent TV, nice little touches like quality soaps, kit kats. Good choice of breakfast and freshly cooked. Great location for Bournemouth and Boscombe beaches. Thank you Matt and team.
There wasn't anything not to like about this hotel.
Welcome, cleanliness, breakfast, parking
Adequate but not brilliant shower
Got a bath and plenty of hot water. Bed was comfy. Easy parking. Good Tv with lots of channels. Good drinks tray.
But no curtains or blinds in the bathroom which was off-putting, and the wall between adjoining room was embarrassingly thin, may as well have been paper wall like in Japan.
Location was good about 20 mins walk to Town Centre, 5 mins walk to the East cliff path. Very clean. Lovely breakfast and plentiful.
Nobody seem to go in the bar area. Lack of milk for my cup of tea. Didnt take my dirty mug away each day until I asked for a clean mug.
It was very peaceful . Beautiful gardens and fantastic rooms
Breakfast was very slow but good when it arrived. Hair dryer in room would have been good, too late when you realise it is not there Check out time of 10 is too early
I just like the complete package, all the staff are brilliant at all levels. Nothing is too much trouble, they are ready to help and assist. Knowledgeable of local area, ready to offer help in local touristy locations
There are no complaints.
The staff are great, from the owners to the house keeping staff, everyone is cheerful, helpful, always ready to help, nothing is too much trouble, even whilst under stress in the current time. Brilliant time, I would recommend The Yenton to any traveller.
