The location is very beautiful and well-maintained.
I was there at a very quiet time and hardly saw a soul, which was a little unsettling.
Stunning building with a relaxing atmosphere. 1st class facilities and cleanliness.
the rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living rooms are all very clean and well decorated. there is a definite homely feel to the place and it is full of history. AMAZING value for money and will definitely be staying here again!
surrounding , quite atmosphere,location ..fantastic
need to clean room properly many spider nets around bed..
I lived in a girls shared room, it's quite large. The garden was beautiful and big too. There is a fully equipped kitchen. Near the Beverley Minster.
A little far from the train station and bus station. Also a short distance to center area.
We loved our stay and didn't want to leave. Relaxed, friendly and full of history. It was a real delight. Can't wait to go back. The outdoor games box is a great idea and we loved playing the supersized jenga at the end of the day.
The location and setting were both convenient and picturesque respectively.
Being on the top bunk at my age having to leave by 10 o'clock on day of depaerture.
Fantastic venue, location, facilities etc, EVERYTHING! Most historic venue I have ever stayed in.
That we only had one night there!
convenience, value, beautiful building and location - although that was not a securing factor in my booking it was justa bonus....
only sleeping in a narrow bed as I sleep like a starfish - but that's my concern and not really anything I was unhappy about!
The old building made it for me. And the cheapness of the place. I haven't stayed in a yha before so was surprised I had to make up own beds and strip them before we went. Noticed that yha appear to be in lovely places and would definitely stay again as long as private rooms would not fancy sleeping in dorm. Only down side was originally booked for a for bed room and cancelled. And they stated I would have to pay for this. Blamed booking. Com when it was their head offices fault.
Toilet was blocked with toilet paper and had not been sorted. But flushed after couple of times and unblocked ourselves. Shower room very small especially for families with young kids
Location and building itself.
Cleanliness superficial. Too expensive for what it was.
Great place to stay , would go back and stay again
