I stayed there the night before taking an early morning flight from Stansted and the night after I arrived back in Stansted after midnight. I appreciated being able to leave very early and arrive very late. Upon my return, I had more time in the morning before catching a train back to my home in England and enjoyed the breakfast. Everyone was very friendly.

It was very good for the position, it's quite close to the train station. The stuff was friendly. So expensive to get internet and without a lift to carry the luggage.

Great service, clean facilities and comfy bed for the night! Nice shared facilities including lounge and kitchen. Quite pricey, although still cheapest option in Cambridge.

The reception staff were good and bad. Young blonde girl during the day was extremely helpful, professional and friendly. Young man in the evening was nice too. However when we got back after a night out, we were met by a very rude and unpleasant lady. She was treating us like we were rowdy school kids when actually we were behaving respectfully and being quiet. Very patronising and embarrassing
