The food, the staff, the facilities, the garden, the comfy lounge, the location, the views - being hit by the first rays of the day as the sun emerges out of the sea. And two thirds of my dorm roomies :D
The other third of my dorm roomise - the large lady in the top bunk who snored like a drill, then woke up at 2:30 am, spent about an hour fidgeting about so the whole bunk shook whilst dropping random items onto the floor next to my head, and then turned on the light for half an hour in order to rummage meticulously through every plastic bag in her suitcase. Pure class.
the food was cooked to a good standard. The view from the dining room was stunning. The staff are friendly and helpful.
I would have liked internet access, just WiFi would have enabled me to plan my return journey.
The tranquility, the breakfast was very good and lots of nature to see/photograph.
Difficult internet-wise but this could also be a bonus!
We were given room number 5. It had a majestic view of the ocean and the village. I didnt want to leave the room. staff were very friendly and nice. This was my first time in a YHA and it was such a pleasant surprise.
Helpful, friendly staff, excellent facilities, wonderful location. I will be going back!
Phil, Amy, and Emily (Staff) go the extra mile - they were always available, and most helpful and informative. The location is stunning and the facilities are superb; and this is evident from the happy families who return year after year. I feel reluctant to let the secret out!
Very friendly and welcoming staff. Nice atmosphere. Good value breakfast.
