Exactly what if says on the tin. A comfy affordable bed for the night. The self catering kitchen is a little small and was very hot.

The fiiendliness of the staff and the hot breakfast. I didn't like the fact we were charged £7-80 as a booking fee without our consent. I thought this was sharp practice - written complaint to follow. Damp in room. Dining room out of action as was closest shower and toilet. Accomodation basic and overpriced

Very helpful and friendly staff I was shocked to discover that booking.com had not taken payment from me as I thought they had. I was then disgusted to find that booking.com had then taken £7.02 commission which was not made explicit in my booking paperwork. I don't mind paying commission when it is up front and explicit but to hide it at the bottom of the email I think was misleading. I shall be warning all my friends and family about this and will certainly NOT book with booking.com again.
