Not enough plug sockets and no night light for guests in the shared dorm which meant the main light went on whenever someone came in the room disturbing the sleep of others ( this was after 11 pm) I do think guests should have a code of conduct or suggestions for curtesy , such as, after ten pm the rooms should be for sleeping, not socialising ( there are plenty of spaces for this in the YHA) and beauty regimes could be carried out in the very spacious bathroom rather than keeping the main light on for prolonged periods when others are sleeping at night time. These are not major issues, just one persons suggestions as on the whole, this is a great YHA
It is well located, and clean with fantastic views. It is quiet but you can walk or taxi to the nearest pub or town. The staff are very friendly without being 'over bearing' and the guests all seemed to have a common reason for staying there, walking not partying. As a first time YHA guest, I was very impressed with the accommodation and also the food, which for the price was, in my opinion incredibly cheap.
