this hostel got very friendly staff,they all very helpful,and there also got beautiful environment, excellent breakfast, near the train station, very convenient to get to London

no free wifi bad phone signal

value for money.

Unable to control room temperature, either too cold or too warm

I found the the rooms were way to warm even for winter and could not alter the temperature, would be nice if there was a tv in the rooms as well

Staff were very helpful, room was excellent and decently sized

Bed was noisey to get into and out of

Location was just outside London and right next door to the Cheshunt train station. Easy access

We didnt have more time to explore the area.

Very friendly staff. Our room was nice and clean with a separate toilet and shower room.

Dorm room huge but space bunk beds - so not making use of potential space to spread out snorers... the bane of dorm rooms.

I really enjoy staying at Lee Valley-however this time the room was unbearably hot and meant that I could hardly sleep. There needs to be a better way of regulating the temperature

Met our needs ideally as we were able to get into London easily.

The staff are fantastic, they really make an effort to help you at any point of the stay. They are always ready with a smile and a greeting and really make you feel wanted. I had so many queries and they dealt with each and every one of them with efficiency, patience and courtesy. The surroundings are beautiful and anyone with a bad word to say about hostels should stay at this one. It will definitely reverse all previous misconceptions. I really enjoyed my stay

There was very little and although the self catering kitchens aren't glamorous, they are excellent for the price you pay.

Very good location for train into London and sights. Staff very friendly and helpful. Allowed us to leave car after we checked out. Will stay there again. Good location for city break or relaxation as surrounded by countryside.

for kids to play pool it cost a pound a game and ten pound deposit for cues!! Seemed a bit excessive.

We liked everything. The Lodges were clean, the Staff were very friendly & the food was good. It is set in very pretty surroundings.

found Lee Valley to be a peaceful place and the receptionist was respectful and accommodating, The rooms clean and well kept. will definately use YHA Lee Valley again.

For the type of accommodation it was worth it,

Great location, quiet, fresh air, close to the shops, pubs, train station, easy acces to central London, great helpfull staff, very good value for money

Well situated, good outdoor facilities (tables & benches). Excellent cycle storage. Walking distance from Cheshunt town. Well- stocked shop. Thoroughly recommended.

Personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Prima plek om te verblijven als je Londen wilt bezoeken, het station is op loopafstand en binnen 25 min. in Londen.

Het kan zijn dat wij pech hadden maar onze (6) persoons kamer was ontzettend smerig. Nadat wij een stofzuiger hadden gevraagd en het snoep, de stofnesten en tientallen stukjes kauwgum uit de bedden hebben verwijderd, was het prima. De douche was goed, het toilet zeer smerig.
